The employees were really sweet when ordering my glasses they were very helpful in the process! I notified the person working with me that this was an emergency situation so it was really important to get these ASAP, but it has now been two weeks and there has been no update on the status and I have been calling for a week to see if they are ready to be picked up and I have not received a call back. If you’re going to run an establishment that is critical to someone’s vision please have someone available and ready to answer the phone.

Rosie helped me get my new glasses, and I needed help on several other occasions as well. She did a great job. She has a very professional demeanor, while remaining personable.

I made an appt about a month ago got there today to be told oh your appt had to be cancelled no call to notify me nothing okay I understand things happen but don’t allow me to make it to your office after i took the day off work yes it was Presidents’ Day but I don’t get off for president day ! I had to take my PTO and it was a waste . I am so disappointed in this location but I did not get upset with the person who was suppose to check me in because I am really trying my best to be kind every where I go. This certainly tried my patience. I would really like a response to how this should have been handled and what your office will do better in the future?I reached out to the email in the reply but it was undeliverable? Would still like to outreach about my experience.

Had a great experience recently at my eye doctor! Despite the appearance of short staff catering to a large amount of business, staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. With that in mind, wait times for certain services can be long, but for my exam I was able to get in to see my doctor in about 30 minutes. After my exam, my saleslady was incredibly knowledgeable: she asked what I would be interest in and was able to give me a plethora of different options to choose from. I picked my frames , and they arrived in about 2 weeks. I was a bit disappointed in the color of my frames, but the employee who grabbed them from me was willing to work with me to find a pair that made me feel more confident. Overall, a great experience and as long term customer at my eye doctor, I am comfortable saying that the Timberland location has consistently hit it out of the park year after year.

I had Sharon as my eye tech and she was so friendly and kind to me. She informed me of every step and made everything easy and comfortable. At first my mood was down as I wasn’t having a good morning, but she really helped bring me back up. Thank you thank you Sharon.

Love Dr. Golding, don't love not being able to call and talk to a PERSON. I am an establishedbpatient left a message 3 DAYS AGO needing an appointment for an issue with one of my eyes. Still no call back. I am at Palmer Eye center now seeing a doctor.

Previously, I had good a experience. But last month I had an appointment with the doctor and one for a field testSince it was storming and a flood alert was going on, I contacted them to make sure I should come. The man I spoke with said yes, come in for my appointment. When I got there, the person checking me in said the field test machine was down, but I would still see the doctor. She checks me in and then goes in the back and finds out the doctor isn't there. (Mind you, I'm in a wheelchair due to an injury. ) So for today's appointment, last Thursday, they confirmed it, but this morning I called to make sure the field test machine is working so we wouldn't waste time and gas. There was no way to get through to them for 25 minutes. I left an urgent message to contact me. So, I called them while traveling there and we make it to the corner where they're located while I'm waiting on hold (hadn't turned into parking lot) we're still in the car and they finally say the machine is down and I won't be able to see the doctor also. They said they will need to refer me out. I've been legally blind before, and they have little regard for me as a patient. Someone should have contacted me before the appointment. Why call to confirm my appointment if the machine is down. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR OFFICE.

Tim was just short of being rude when he checked me in today. He didn’t smile, ask/take my insurance or let me know that my in person appointment would switch to a virtual one midway through. Thankfully everyone else was pleasant and helpful.

Absolutely the worse experience I’ve ever had in terms of service. For starters they insist you do everything online, for scheduling and such. I schedule the needed appointment, then 2 days before the appointment they call to reschedule. The rescheduled appointment time was 20min earlier than the original. Fair enough. We show up, do the paperwork to find out everything thing is done via teledoc and that you don’t actually see the doc in person, at an additional $50 cost, not covered by insurance. Then after we finish signing consents and such, we’re told there was yet another scheduling conflict and they’d need to reschedule again.

Can not get a human on the phone to make an appointment. Dr. Has limited availability so can not make an appointment on line and if you leave a message they do not call back. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.

I’ve been to this location four times now and the issues keep piling up. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Every time I order contacts from them, it takes over a month for them to be delivered. Once, I asked if they had any samples, which they said they would happily give me in the over two month wait for my contacts, but they never followed through. I’m currently waiting for an order that I placed 12 days ago, that I don’t expect to get anytime soon. They don’t even give you a tracking number for your order, so I’m just left in the dark about my $200 order. The last time, which really was the final straw, my partner and I went to pick out some frames. The lady at the front desk told us to pick out a pair and find a seat at a desk. We picked out a pair and sat at a desk and the staff ignored us for nearly an hour. Turns out, we sat at the wrong desk? We had to sit at a desk with a computer instead of the desks at the back. No one said anything to us and the lady that gave us the directions watched us waiting there and never said anything. I think, if someone is sitting in the wrong spot with a new pair of frames in hand that you watched them select, you should realize that there’s been a mistake and they’re in the wrong spot. In the end, the employees made us feel like we were stupid for not knowing, despite not being told which type of desk to sit at. It took us almost two hours to purchase overpriced frames. We’ve given this business too many chances, honestly.

The service here is ridiculous, I ordered a pair of glasses over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received them. Was given 4 or 5 different promise dates and excuses by different people I spoke with. I didn’t say much the first few times thinking something would change soon and giving them the benefit of doubt, but still sitting here 3 almost 4 weeks later squinting and waiting.
