It continues to be difficult to find a professional hair stylist in Tallahassee who values their customers and wants to work. I'm writing on behalf of my mother who had scheduled in advance to have her hair appointment done today. Because of our experience with unprofessional stylists (I'm sure many can relate) she reached out the day before to confirm her appointment with Ms.Noonie who did not respond to confirmation. My mom who had already taken the time out of her day to wash and condition her hair while working her job mind you was not in a position to not show up to this salon. So on a act of good faith she went to the salon with the hopes that Noonie would be there. What do you think happened? 15 minutes my mom waited for her and she was a absolute no show! Its one thing to not be able to come in for an appointment life happens but let your client know instead of ghosting them! My mom was happy with her hair the last time she visited which was why she trusted her next experience to go better. And this is how she gets treated? Not to mention right before the holidays when it is going to be difficult to find someone as a backup. Noonie please work on your customer skills or maybe find a new calling because hair might not be it.
