Arrived 1 minute before closing on a Sunday to pick up a pack of legal pads. Door was locked, an employee just stared at me, and then a manager (I think) with braces appeared and I said needed to pick up one pack of legal pads. He just said “sorry we’re closed.”
So I ordered some on Amazon that are being delivered tomorrow. It’s a wonder why retail stores are dying.

Really disappointed in the lack of Maurice’s customer service skills. I called to confirm if my online order went through and he was so incredibly rude and hung up on me after I asked a simple question. I will be ordering my items from Staples from now on.

Sold a display printer to me in the box and didn’t tell me. Then when I realized it was used, they said no refunds! Then I asked if they could at least replace the bad ink. They said no! As is! “I can’t give you the ink.” Said the manager at 10 am on July 18, 2024. I think I’ll buy the ink elsewhere.

If I could give it zero stars I would, all the employees were extremely rude and walked away as I was explaining what I needed help with, both the managers were even worse, and as for the cashier his adittude was extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone at all.

To save yourself some time, please know that this location will not let you order Print services in person. 2 failed attempts and I'm in shock that they force you to use the online ordering service. Such a disappointment and waste of time.

Print service lately has been horrible. Customer Rep David acts as if it's a strain to answer your questions or assist in self printing area. He ignores you or speak low with no desire to wanna help. Its like I'm forcing him to engage. Today I decided I would no longer be using Office Depot for anything. Good customer service has just gone to hell.

Just purchased a multi volor pack of ink for my printer. WOW!! Price jumped $30-30 in a couple of months. I wont b buying ink there anymore. Outrageous p try ices.

Wow just wow. I placed an order for a 1 TB Hard Drive. The store says it was open, and my pickup would be ready today. I look back a few hours later to see my order status to see it's still being prepared but this time the store is closed. So it's being prepared for pickup today while the store is closed? I tried contacting the local store with no luck because they all of sudden closed after saying they were open till 8 pm. I contacted live chat and was told I can have my order on the same day delivery. After chatting for 20-30 minutes in live chat, the agent told me that they couldn't do it from their end so they would have to place it on my end which I said was fine.
After about 10 minutes of waiting for a response or that my order had been placed the agent closed the chat.

Worst printing service ever. Just don’t even bother, absolutely horrible customer service. Hung up during the call while I was trying to figure out how long a print would last. Unacceptable for business that advertises fast printing.

I couldn't have asked for better service. I had never ordered business cards before, but the help I received was great. They were patient, friendly and very helpful. I was also able to get Christmas gifts at good prices for my coworkers.
