The cashier is cold. No greetings before or after. It's 7 pm on Tuesday, a handful of customers in the store. No line at all. No greetings, no smiles. What a awful service!

Very open and clean store. Customer service is always good. I would like to see some sexier more vibrant adult clothing. Everything is sold colors, plain. The children clothing is more exciting and fun than the adult clothes.

Prices are misleading. Purchased some linen pants in March for $12. Went back and now they are $40.

The store is pretty much what you expect from an Old Navy, but the customer service is stand-out excellent. The employees are especially pleasant.
In particular, the “order online, pick up in store” experience is the best-run I have ever seen. For example, on one occasion I placed an order and then received the email confirming that it had been prepared for pickup within a literal MINUTE.

Love their store and will buy a pea coat or 2 when they come in within the next 2 weeks. One employee told me the pea coats should b in the low $60.00 range. When living in Philadelphia pa I had 2 pea coats and they r great 4 warm and wearability and made well. Last 4 ever. Must get them dry cleaned after winter passes.
