“Great group of men, they do a color match for me on the regular, and it’s correct, if they can’t do something or are unsure, they will coordinate or at least make you aware.”

“I was looking for a paint not listed online as it is from a building that was painted approximately 20 years ago. The gentleman that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. He told me while it isn’t listed, it is still available and offered sample options. I told him I would be by that afternoon to grab a quart. When I got there, he already had it mixed and ready to go. I wish I caught his name. He has definitely earned our business for this current project.”

“Impressive expertise by both Vaughn and Jada! They were able to match my paint and were familiar enough with their products to help me navigate my options as a neophyte. The staff is helpful, professional and very friendly. I highly recommend this location if you’re in need of knowledgeable assistance”

“It's the most conveniently located to where I live. ALL the SW stores in our area seem to be a) always pretty busy, and b) staffed by pretty knowledgeable and friendly/helpful staff. I always wish there was one more worker in there simply because there are always customers standing around waiting their turn. But the product is super, and when you get your turn you have the full attention of whoever's helping you. I DO WISH PAINT COLOR SAMPLES WERE AVAILABLE IS SIZES SMALLER THAN A QUART...like Home Depot's small (and cheaper) samples. That's a lot of paint to have to trash after the color decision is made!”

“Great customer service and the paint I received matched perfectly. It blended so well I was able to do touch up paint around the house and it's absolutely seamless. Will be back soon for more colors ❤️ Purchased the Duration Home line.”
