The entire staff here was wonderful; kind, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, most especially Kyle Coston. The office is super clean and quiet. I made an appointment and had no wait time.

Everything was great except I requested to get an appointment to the office on Mahan Dr. I have only lived here a couple of months and I didn't know that there are 3 Patients First offices on Mahan Dr. It took me a couple of tries to get to the right one.?

Went in on a Sunday, first impression was that the facility was very clean. The friendly receptionist greeted me after signing in and provided me with registration paperwork. Keila was pleasant, and quick with her procedures (testing for flu/ strep/vid), and Laura Clark - the PA that saw me, was thorough and explained my diagnosis and follow up plan, got my script ordered and it was ready when I walked into the pharmacy. All three were efficient, professional and helpful! Especially important when you’re not feeling well.
