I hardly do reviews, but I had to do one this time Miss DD help me with a big problem. I had my son is at FSU And we live all the way in Wellington West Palm Beach Beach. She helped me all the way to the end, I don’t have to tell you how stressful it is to have your children go to school eight hours away from home and to find a place with a person that actually care she kept me updated the whole process our son was able to get the car back right away and resolve a lot of stress that my wife and I had . Hopefully somebody in corporate will see this review and at least give her a pat in the back She deserves it you have a customer for life thank you

DON'T TRUST PEP BOYS! Took my car here for a tire rotation and the clueless techs over-tightened the lug nuts on one of my wheels. The next time I had my tires serviced the lug nuts broke and I had to pay a premium to have them replaced. I'll never trust Pep Boys with my vehicle again.

I cannot recommend this place enough (as a fellow mechanic). We were out of town and blew a tire. We were towed to this location and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs while being professional and fast. They were affordable and most of all, honest and reliable. Do not hesitate to come to this location for your needs.

They wanted 50 dollars for a tire rotation, while MAVIS only wanted 19 dollars.

Terrible
Terrible! Made an appointment for a tire that had a slow leak. Didn't even look at the tire to see what was causing the leak. Walked in and they asked what was wrong I explained and they said we can't fix that we don't have any patches told me to go somewhere else! Didn't even look. Went somewhere else and I reccomend everybody else does the same. Waste of time!
