Mr. Travis and Mr.Andrew assisted me today with my tire installation. They were very professional and knowledgable. Both were very honest about the pricing and process and also took their time explaining what's was going on with my vehicle and what it takes to replace it. It was an extremely friendly environment. I would definitely recommend Pepboys to others. Make sure you ask for Travis and Andrew.

If you are in need of car repairs, I recommend Pep Boys at 2353 Apalachee Pkwy. The management team, Andrew and Travis ensured extraordinary service by making sure I had the support I needed due to my unfortunate circumstances. They made sure to communicate with me during the entire process and answered any questions I had. They have an extremely friendly staff and showed compassion throughout the process. My car rides great after the repairs and it was fixed in a timely manner. They gave me a peace of mind during this difficult time and I will use them always in the future.

This morning I needed assistance with a noise that was coming from the front part of my car. Travis took me in and less than 20 min I was all set. He explained everything throughly and made sure I left with understanding everything in my car.
