They put two new tires on and damaged my tpms, I didn't see it til I got home. I really didn't want them touching it again because my originally experience wasn't great so 4 tires and a new tpms cost me almost $2,000 for what should've cost about $1200.

I can’t even say anything about the customer service but they will apologize for their mess up. My car was there for over a month with absolutely nothing being done other than added some fluid and finally received a call after their manager walked the premises to remove my car with a fee. I advise anyone to please do not take your car to the North Monroe location.

Was told by Chip to come back the next day for a trailer tire because I'm riding on a bald tire and I'm now told to come back Thursday or Friday. I was told they had one in stock but I'm still told to come back. I pull this trailer everyday and this won't work for me. I've been a great customer to Pep boys and sure would hate to have to go somewhere else.
