2 days to replace a water pump. No one ever called to tell me it was going to take 2 days. On the 2nd day the mechanic that was working on my vehicle didn't show up. No one called to tell me anything. If I hadn't have called them they were going to keep it for a 3rd day.

I came in to get a leak in my tire fixed and two new tires bought and installed. I waited an hour and a half for them to address my car, and 30 for them to finish. That is fine, I am a walk in, but they forget to fix the leak. I go back to get this addressed and wait another hour and a half, with no update on when theyll look at my car, nothing, I asked for my keys and they asked if I would like to come back. I just want to get my tire fixed but they instead did not address the leak and wasted my time. If you want anything done within a normal timeframe do not go there.

Timothy was the worst. He treated me so bad, so rude. I didn't expect to be treated like a dumb person. Bad service, terrible customer service. They literally charged me to yell at me and tell me they can't do anything to help me.
