Andre, Clayton, and D made my Pep boys experience very good. They had excellent customer service and helped me out with all of my questions and concerns concerning my engine, oil, tire alignment and replacing my tires.

Took my 2012 Toyota Camry in for the HVAC actuator to be replaced and Jim had his technician Jason @8AM remove the entire dashboard to replace it. They didn't know it but prior to me taking my vehicle to them another mechanic told me he didn't have time to replace the actuator because it was a 9 hour job. PepBoys had my vehicle ready just a quarter till 4PM. I heat again in my vehicle. I thank you all for the wonderful service and great conversation. I took my 2014 F150 to be serviced when I picked it up.

Terrible. My car broke down on the farm, I needed to change the tire and bearing, since the car wouldn't run, I took the wheel off myself and took it to the store so they could replace the parts for me. The man said he couldn't do it because he could only do it if the car was in the store. I explained that it had broken down somewhere else and he simply said that I just had to call a tow truck. It was something simple, I just needed them
to change the tire for me. So I went to another store called Mavis Tires, and they promptly replaced the parts for me without asking where the car was.

This place is garbage. Took my car in for an oil change, they didn’t even level off the tire pressure, yet they claim they performed an inspection. Windshield fluid is bone dry and my car seats (both front seats) looked like someone had soiled themselves on them. I had to clean the car when I got home. Just disgusting. Never again. Such horrendous service.

I came in only to ask a few questions. I did not get a knowledged. I was standing there for approximately three minutes. And the guy at the register named Jim. Did not even look my way. He was talking to a previous customer the whole time And then he answered the phone while I was standing there and still didn’t acknowledge me. Poor customer service. Do not recommend coming here.
