My dog is relaxed and welcomed! The environment is very quiet and upbeat. Never have to worry about service or the treatment of my dog. A true God send.

OMG Art, Lorraine and now Jasmine are phenomenal. They are great with Finn and make him feel so special, they even gave him a birthday boy. Love Love Love them. Again....they are wondeful! We could not be more pleased, they care for everyone's animals like their own.

I called to get an estimate on a bath and nail grind for my 50lb+ dog. At first the lady was kind and eager to book an appointment until she asked for the breed of my dog. I mentioned that he’s a pitbull and she immediately changed her demeanor and began naming excuses as to why she can not provide services for my dog. To also mention when I questioned her on why she can no longer accept my dog, she then got frustrated and blatantly hung up the phone while I was talking. I’m very disappointed with the fact that this place discriminates against Pitbulls and let alone that the women exhibited poor customer service. I will not be taking my business to this place and will be sure to make it known that this place has ethical issues that swiftly need to be dealt with.

Art and Lorraine made my (suspicious by nature) little dog feel comfortable on her first visit. She seemed to instinctively know she was in kind, able hands. I am not only pleased with the trims, but also with their love and treatment of animals.

Art and Loraine are amazing. They just took care of our 2 flat coats. One was all knotted and Art shaved her down. She is gorgeous now. They are super patient as both of ours are rescues - one being a spooky dude and the other is busy being a puppy. Will absolutely return.

The Pet Place is wonderful. Art and Lorraine are fabulous groomers and my Springer Spaniel absolutely loves to go there for her "Spa Day" every six or 8 weeks and practically drags me into the door so she can run to see Art and Lorraine. I would highly recommend this business.

We had to find a new groomer for our Goldendoodle as our previous one could no longer do big dogs. The Pet Place came highly recommended from a friend who takes their doodle there. We just picked her up from her first grooming visit. We are very happy with the job they did and loved how they interacted with her. Happy to have met Art and Lorraine, sweet folks, we will be back!

Thought we finally found a nice place in Tallahassee to get our dog groomed but had a bad experience today when trying to explain how we wanted him groomed in the face area. Groomer and his wife got very defensive suggesting we take our dog to Pets Mart or somehwere else he's been a groomer for 30 years. Guess you can't teach an old dog new tricks after all.
