Playground Music Center provides superior and amazing customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, offering a personalized, one-on-one experience. They take their time to answer all questions and make sure customers have everything they need, from reeds and mouthpieces to perfect instruments. They work to find specific items and provide tools for school band and beyond. The experience is fantastic, with staff ensuring purchases will work for both high school and the future. We had a lovely experience at Playground Music Center. We had a family trombone repaired, and they had a tough time getting the parts. In the end we are so thankful for their patience and perseverance to make our little musician happy. Take care and thanks again!!!

Ms Erin is very approchable and did phenomenal job in selling a new trumphet for my son. She answers all of my questions and make sure to give me options. Overall she did great.
