“I have had nothing but amazing experiences at this USPS location. Sure the wait times can be long, but it’s a government office this is to be expected. The customer service is amazing, Dex and Vincent in particular is extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. BEST USPS is Tallahassee!!”
“The postal service staff here are always kind and helpful. But we really need to address the property maintenance- the same trash has been on the ground so long the plastic is actually decomposing. The building can use some paint. Grass and weeds are overgrown.”

“My experience with this post office has been excellent. The mail carrier's I've come in contact with are dedicated, hard working, and friendly. Even though mailboxes are blocked, and confronted with dogs and bad weather, they maintain a good attitude towards the customer. They work long hours a large volume of mail and packages to deliver. I just wanted to say thank you for a job well done you deserve a medal for all you do.”
“One employee at the desk, but very patient, helpful, and kind. Walked me through mailing a passport renewal form. Price was reasonable compared to UPS.A lot of negative reviews here clearly written by people who regularly vote to cut USPS funding and then wonder why they’re understaffed.”

“I would give 5 stars if they weren't understaffed, which isn't the fault of this location. Both of the regular workers are very good at their job! A is a super-nice, easy going guy and gets all the compliments, but make no mistake, L is very knowledgeable and efficient, but she does run a tight ship. I see some complaints about her being rude, but my take is that she knows if she is lenient on the times, that she will not get to take her lunch break or get to close on time, so cut her some slack there folks. Make sure you are there and in line 20 min before they close for lunch or at the end of the day, maybe even earlier on holidays. I agree with the person that suggested they install a machine that will scan our packages and spit out a receipt... that would be AWESOME, as that is all I usually need!”
