After years of working with Preferred Payroll, they have declined significantly after CAVU acquired them. Customer service is highly lacking. They have missed payroll multiple times, making me have to move my business elsewhere. Imagine being an employer and being asked by your staff "why didn't we get paid today?" when they need the money today... and the payroll company just forgot.... how many times can you defend that before having to change companies... sad.

This is the payroll company that my place of employment uses. Every time we have needed something on a whelm they have been able to make it happen! Most of all the staff is extremely professional and very customer service friendly! I highly recommend Preferred Payroll for all your payroll needs.

I have used several other payroll companies. This one has been superior in service. When I am running behind they email me as a reminder and they make sure payroll is taken care of even if I took a little longer to get hours to them. They always take care of us and our people. I can not say enough about Craig, his staff and their company.
