Recently, Carol and Sherry in the Tallahassee office have always gone above and beyond to help me with any questions or concerns I have had with my propane use. They helped me purchase my new hot water heater, get it installed and set up an appointment to repair my gas stove so I had heat in a recent cold snap. It doesn’t end with the office staff. Ricky delivered my tank of Propane and even if it was his job, he was very gracious and patient in making sure that all my gas appliances were lit and able to work safely. Then went above to help me learn how to set the temperature on my water heater. It is always the local people that makes a large company successful. These three are very good examples of why Suburban is worth my loyalty.”
