This pharmacy lacks customer relations, hospitality, and organization.
Not only have I been waiting for my prescription for days, but I was also lied to on multiple occasions. Sierra was absolutely rude to me on the phone, became irate, and cut me off during the entire call. I'm the one who’s been given the runaround and has called them six times. She refused to give me any details on how to contact corporate because she knew I was going to report her. I have the video and am willing to share it with their corporate office.
I had to lie about when I could pick up my prescription, just to get it filled at the time they had originally told me.
This pharmacy is run terribly, and I will definitely be switching pharmacies. I will also be reaching out to the Florida Board of Pharmacy.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. I had many terrible experiences, but I finally switched after my toddler had raging strep throat, they told me they’d fill his antibiotic within the hour, and SIX HOURS LATER they said they weren’t sure if they’d get to it that day. He was so, so sick. I called a different Publix, they transferred it and had it filled within ten minutes. Never again will I trust my family’s care to this horrible place.

I think I have finally found the correct words for this pharmacy - unreliable and unpredictable. The only worse pharmacy, than this one, is the CVS in their parking lot.

Talking to the employees of this pharmacy is like talking to rocks. Also, they will say things that are just plain not true.

By far and away the worst pharmacy in town - mismanagement or just total lack of will to improve. I almost have never been able to pick up medications for myself or my wife and kids the same day it was sent. Today, after my wife’s surgery, I went 4 hours after the doctor sent her scripts and was told there were 300 people ahead of me and asked “when did we see our doctor,” so they could estimate a time for how long it would take. Time and time again there’s excuses and they just do not fill scripts timely. It’s as if I have to actually show up to tell them I want my prescriptions filled.
If my doctor send an Rx, I want it filled. It shouldn’t take me actively coming into request a script be filled.
It’s clear this pharmacy is running in a delay and not willing to figure out how to get caught up.

This pharmacy used to be great. Now they are totally inept. It has gone downhill over the last 2 months or so. I had 6 rxs to be filled. They told me to speak with my doctor, which I did. I had her on the phone while speaking with the NEW pharmacy manager. The pharmacist would not speak with my doctor. Ended up speaking with the manager for 10 or more minutes.Stopped in after shopping. They had 1 of 6 ready and excuses and finger pointing for the rest.RUN AWAY from this place. They are totally inept.This was the manager and 1 of 6 was the best she could do. She didn’t even know all of the RXs I was waiting on.

It would be hard in the delivery there. Lauren, the manager is horribly disrespectful and laughs at customers when her staff treat people like garbage and sexually stare at women inappropriately.

Had the opportunity to get my Updated Covid vaccine at this pharmacy as our regular Publix pharmacy (Oak Valley) didn't show up as having the vaccine. Had a super experience here with the tech that gave the vaccines, very nice, friendly, prompt, and even gave the vaccines, behind closed doors, for privacy. Have not experienced filling Rx's here, however, but that day we had an appt, for vaccines, they were very efficient and fast.

We had appointments for vaccines. Waited and waited. When I finally got someone's attention behind the counter, they said they couldn't give vaccines without the pharmacist's presence. (I saw her walk off a few minutes prior.) When I reminded the staff of our appointments the response was rude and unapologetic. Very un-Publix-like behavior.

Shopping is always a pleasure at Publix. I picked up one of my prescriptions from the pharmacy and a delicious chicken cordon bleu sub in the deli!

Edit: I have unfortunately decided to change my rating of this pharmacy because I have been less than impressed with this pharmacy. Which is really disappointing because I had great service at my other Publix Pharmacy in Virginia. But they take days to fill prescriptions, are frequently rude and short with me, and I often have to call to remind their staff of pending items. Having a good pharmacy can be really helpful for my medical care, and this is not that.
I have pretty high standards for pharmacies because I am on multiple medications and a good pharmacist can be extremely helpful. I have always received kind and efficient service at this pharmacy with usually no wait.

My 80+ year old aunt came here to get her vaccine and got there a little early. She noticed some empty chairs and asked if she could sit in one while she waited. They told her those were for people who got the vaccine and advised her to walk around the store, mind you, she had a stroke a year ago and has a hard time walking!! Not the Publix I grew up knowing!!! Very disappointed and I will be letting everyone I know what happened!

Great pharmacy. I’m a traveling healthcare worker and they have made it so easy for me here at this Publix pharmacy. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
