This publix frequently runs out of basic items, sometimes for days. Among things I haven't found at any given time: green peppers, cabbage, onions, and other produce, chicken, whole milk, half & half, eggs, egg beaters, and basic cooking oils. The sub line takes an eternity no matter when you go and frequently runs out of bread. There's no self checkout (why?), and long lines persist at odd times, like 7pm on a Tuesday in the middle of summer. It's strange that publix stores just a little further away (like Crawfordville hwy) never seem to have these issues.

Customer Service was awful today 1/3/2025. I entered the store around 7:30 AM No one at customer greeted or acknowledged me.. they were just standing around talking.. then as I continued to shopping I walked past within feet’s of about 10 associates and not one of them engaged me or spoke. It’s as if everyone of them woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. I am use to super friendly customer service from Publix. I was very disappointed in this location. I could have went to the location on Park Ave but choose to drive to the southwood location only to get ignored. Thanks Publix you’re still my favorite grocery store.. Teach your associates C.S. - !!

This is a nice Publix and very friendly staff, especially at the pharmacy. And in my age bracket that is a frequent stop. 🙂

I tried to go to tire Kingdom today for a patch. The dirt bag salesman tried three different lies to force me to buy new tires.
If he sounds like a sleazy PoS, he probably is.
1) DoT does not regulate the age of tires.
2) that is not the side wall.
3) they are not dry rot.

Was very crowded even at 2 PM. Everyone was friendly and nice, but the deli counter is completely overworked. I ordered sandwiches online and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get them.

This review is only for the deli / salad bar. Slim pickings on this day. I guess they were slammed with making sub sandwiches for the after work rush and didn't have time to restock the salad bar.

If you like shopping there then that's great the only problem there two things they have high people on payroll the price of pretty high and they do a lot of price gouging not when you work for low-income you want to get taken I guarantee you next year Congress will be looking into them probably already on the list for overpricing in their BOGO sale buy one get one free well listen to this they Mark the prices up so you think you're getting a deal and guess what you're not really getting a deal to make you think you're buying one get one free they think people are stupid that's why I'm putting this review out to warn you I really hope it helps you appreciate your reading it
