This review concerns the pharmacy, which was a thorn in our side for a couple of months. However, after speaking with the manager and explaining the repeated issues, we haven't had any more problems. Now, that is good customer service and very much appreciated!

In the Deli they discontinued having wheat bread for subs! When chicken tender subs are on sale they keep telling folks to come back in 15 minutes instead of taking the order and having the sub ready for the customer. Seems like this problem has been like this since it even happened when meatball subs where on sale last week! Supervisor in the Deli doesn’t care! Manager of the store doesn’t care! All Publix want is your money!

I was needing items with a vegetable platter and caprese salad. The vegetables I needed were on sale this week. Score! I grabbed a big bag of carrots, celery, sweet peppers, and container of grape tomatoes. Then, I picked vine ripened tomatoes and fresh basil. Left the produce section for the French onion dip and garlic hummus. Score again as these are also on sale. Next, headed to the nice cheese section for the fresh mozzarella. The registers were jammed packed. The manager was even on a register trying to help get the lines down. It did not take long to get out the door and back home to make everything. Overall, it was a great visit as the items I needed were in stock and on sale.

This pharmacy is inefficient. My doctor called in 2 prescriptions. They called me to confirm they were correct and that they would be ready..then they had to call my doctor’s office for each medication. This was Thursday. Instead of talking to my doctor about both medications, they only called about one. Then over the weekend, told me they would have to call about the other. As someone that worked in a pharmacy for many years, they are not familiar with FL law and provide clients with inaccurate information to justify their own mistakes. Now I can’t pick up my medicine until Tuesday, the day I’m literally moving out of state..

Would like to share my experience this morning while shopping at My Publix. While looking for sour cream, I noticed the organization and visual of the Dairy display. It made me stop and look. It was so neat, clean and organized. Well, I ended up with more than sour cream !! Hats off to the employees.

This is without a doubt the worst Publix I have ever been to. The shelves are empty, the produce is old. The conveyor belts are nasty. I asked a cashier, Cindi (older lady I actually have her name)to please clean the belt, it had clumps of dried dairy and other things) on it. The entire thing was nasty. She informed me she didn’t have time to clean it. YEP. When I complained to a produce person about the bagged lettuce he said I’m really sorry, but it’s all we have and it’s the same expiration date. He was embarrassed. I can go on, but, why? Nothing will be done.

Today while shopping I observed this sweet young man. He was helping a lady to her car with her groceries. She was elderly and had to walk slowly. He was so patient and kind to her. He walked her pace and talked to her the whole way. He unloaded and groceries and you could tell truly made her day. Thankful to see youth with such respect. Kudos to him for being so kind.

“Can you please cut this ribeye in half?” I did not mean with his bare hands. I saw this before it was cut and it was totally thick enough. No reason I should’ve been given this as a final product. There is not consistency to any part of this meat. You sell thin sliced ribeyes regularly, so when you don’t have any out I should still be able to get a decent cut
