Purchased plain Donuts yesterday for my wife her favorite. Got up this morning to very stale Donuts. Thanks for the disappointment bakery department. Never again I will go elsewhere.

Quality at Publix is degrading. I stopped by the store at Mahan Village tonight after work. Its sad to see shelves empty because mananagement is not paying attention. Publix is more interested to pushing customers into self check out lines instead of hiring help. I can go to Walmart for inexpensive pricing model to check myself out. After work rush hour (6 pm) and they had 2 lines avalable with cashiers for more than 10 items. Its a shame to see this occuring. Same experience at Lake Ella 2 weeks ago. Next week, I will stop by Whole Foods to test my experience.

Excellent Experience at Publix! š
I always enjoy shopping at Publix! While it's not the cheapest grocery store out there, the impeccable service and cleanliness of the stores make it worth it. We buy many of our groceries at Costco, but when there's something they don't carry, I find myself at Publix. The staff is always friendly and ready to help, which enhances the shopping experience significantly.
I also appreciate the Buy One Get One (BOGO) dealsāthey really allow you to find some great savings if you plan your shopping around them. The selection of fresh produce and quality products is impressive, and I always feel confident in the items Iām purchasing.
Overall, I highly recommend Publix for a pleasant shopping experience, even if the prices are a bit higher. The service and quality definitely make up for it! š

Went to go pick up my medication and I go to lean next to my partner just for a long dark haired female employee to assume we were going into the bathroom together... we are both adults here but you don't assume this kinda thing all I wanted was my meds didn't wanna cause a scene and get kicked out but someone gotta look into her working there unprofessional.

I used to absolutely love this location but after purchasing subs yesterday, I won't be back. There was a gentleman making subs for another customer that seemed extremely kind and a woman came to assist me. She was rushing me, she was rude and wasn't friendly at all. I was under the impression that she dislikes her job and I was bothering her for needing her service. We've gotta do better than this and hold employees responsible otherwise this will continue. There's alot of bad attitudes out there and they shouldn't be working in customer service because it will ruin the whole "where shopping is a pleasure". Too many ppl seek these jobs, however, they're given to those that don't respect their position and/or take pride in their employment.
