amazing customer service always. the butchers especially are amazing and cut any meat i ask for. a special shout out to the bakery that made our wedding cake short notice. pics attached. i love publix ❤️

Saturday visit to pick up a sub order was a disaster. Even though I ordered a simple sub 24 hours in advance, it wasn't ready. I asked someone about my order, "they'll get around to it" was the reply. After ten minutes, I asked again. "They didn't have the meat"... After 20 minutes, I got my prepaid sub, and it was wrong. Fine. I can understand all of that. Saturday. Game Day. Short handed.The apathy was the issue. Glacial response. Nobody cared. I don't usually complain, but after seeing other recent comments, I'm not alone.

The lady who made my sub moved very slowly, was standoffish and made no attempt to seem pleasant. I tried many times to say a “thank you” or a “please” when I ordered and was not met with any of the same kind gestures back. No name tag but she wore purple lipstick.

I had a disappointing experience with Publix recently. I placed an order for a sub using their app, ensuring I had an hour's buffer before pickup. When I arrived, my order wasn't ready, and despite trying to speak to at least two Publix employees, they completely ignored me. After waiting for a frustrating 20 minutes without any help and no sub, I had to seek out a manager. They refunded my money, but this was an exceptionally poor and unusual experience at Publix.

Slowest sub line ever. The manage only has 1 person working on people in lines orders. The other person working does online orders. This line is huge and it takes the slow worker about 10 minutes to make 1 sandwiche. This is horrible lol what a sad excuse for management. 0 stars

Even though I have tons of issues. Can get everything in an out really fast. Which a Dr doesn't. Want me doing anymore. Have a letter for a emotional support dog. Have done all required traing. I've called service desk several months ago described dog. An to make sure. Even though I have a legal letter. (I've never believed in any of the vests, collars, or leashes because anybody can order them. I'll explain more to that in one second) they spoke to a manager. Came back to phone an said it was fine. Even as I enter I let service counter know. An if issue will have him brought back to car with my ride. 1st time in 11 years didn't feel like running up an down Isles grabbing what I need an out the door. But like a normal person able to shop. This went on once a week for nearly 6x at most. This last weekend as I had entered as usual. Had a few things already. A regular stocker. Appoarched me. I wasn't sure at all why my dog was barking just a little. Not gonna bite. Just didn't like him. This stocker employee says I need identification on the dog. I asked if I need to take him out of store. He said no. But you'll need that for now on. Which brought me back to that state of mind. Get out ASAP. While up an down other aisles and cashier. Didn't mention anything. So here's what is stupid an I don't belive in these. (ordered a emmostional Support leash. Got a service dog leash!) Big difference! An why I don't believe in them mostly! I can see it with service dogs however. Lot more traing. Don't just go upto them. Very very strict stuff. Even though I am with my emotional support dog. Not sure I even wanna come back. Have already had issues with the pharmacist. Not techs. The actual pharmacieat. Acting as I was getting some meds to early. When buy law it's 2 days early narcotics 3 days I believe regular. An threatened to call my Dr's. (I'm drug tested once a month!) probably try Centerville.

May I start out by saying I LOVE Publix and have never had an complaints ever. I have been a long time customer of Publix and specifically this particular location. I stop just about every afternoon to get a dinner from the deli. The food is always delicious and staff is always helpful. I went in on yesterday 8/7/23 to find that the deli had a different set up for the hot bar. The original hot bar was covered to ensure that the food stayed hot and sanitary. the new set up has the sides in pans on what appear to be burners. There are no tops for the pans. They are just covered up by little sheets of paper. There was also an abundance of flies circulating in the deli as opposed to before. The food appeared to be dried out and cold because there were no lids. The flies were also lighting on the paper covering the food. This open concept for the food seems to be very cumbersome for the staff having to swat flies as if we were at a picnic at a park outside. It also is extremely unsanitary. It's also not visually appealing due to the papers that cover the sides. You can't tell what is in the pan. Then when they remove it to show you the flies immediately try to dive in. We just need to have a more secure area for the sides like there was previously. I'm sure no one wants food that is being circled by flies and people who are able to cough and speak over their food. I was disgusted by the new set up and will no longer be purchasing hot items from the deli until there is a change made. I will also be encouraging others to do the same.
