Consistently the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced at Publix. Today when my elderly wife asked for the bagger to not continue placing all the heavy items in one bag, his reply was “you should have asked” with no offer to accommodate the request. Things have really changed in the 56 years since I worked at Publix and met my future wife that was working in the deli. I would have been run out of the store if I had said something like that or ignored a customer’s request.

Very friendly deli staff, but the experience to get two subs took almost an hour, and there was literally only two people in front of me when the process started

Weakest deli sub I’ve had in a while. Here’s my pub sub philosophy: you’re gonna get a different stuff-quality every time you go to Publix. Any Publix. It’s either under-stuffed, adequately-stuffed, or mega-fat and you just wanna kiss the deli clerk. Today’s sub was under-stuffed and left me wanting. It felt like an appetizer at a Michelin star restaurant. Or maybe I’ve just gotten fat? Well now I have two reasons to cry.

This location is becoming the creepy publix. First it was the giant guy in a white shirt ogling people in produce and lurking behind them. Now you have lil' stock boys standing around talking and taking photos of customers. This place is wild.
And dirtier.

915 at night two lanes open about 15 people waiting in line somebody upfront holding it up for five minutes. It’s time for the manager to step in. Let’s open up another Lane ??instead now one of the employees has got put back all the stuff I had in my buggy because no one cares?

The deli at this Publix has the best fried chicken tenders! I live close to a different Publix but none of the others have chicken tenders like this one ... 9 out of 10 times it's not overcooked and the tenders are big and juicy! I can't give 5 stars .. but it's the best for chicken .. and the deli employees are nice ☺️
