I gave two stars 🌟 because of the rest of the store departments are okay. Now, my rage against the deli and produce section. I keep getting a long grey hair in my ready-made salads 🥗 It's nothing like pulling some old person's hair out of your mouth. Whlie eating your favorite Publix salmon salad. This is the 2nd time ⏲️ that has happened to me. If I get another unwanted seasoning in my deli food. I'm calling the health department and my lawyer. The produce is selling people molding blue and black berries. The healthy berries would be on top. This shows proof of intent.... Have you ever noticed the constant 3 for 10 sale on the blackberry... I voiced my opinion once to an employee, and she looked at me. Like I was speaking fluent French. My visit to this particular Publix will lessen in the near future....

I came into Publix. I needed help at customer service. A customer service staff named Aaron seen me standing at the register, I greeted him. He did not say anything, he put his finger up and answered the phone. After a few minutes, he got off the phone and said how can I help you? I said hello.. I told him I would like to add money to an inmate’s account, he acted as if i was speaking gibberish. He proceeded to tell me Customer Service could not do what I was asking. I asked for a manager or supervisor he told me hold a second. Another employee who was not a manager but a customer service staff came out & asked what was going on, Aaron told that employee to speak to me not him. Aaron proceeded to help another customer with lottery. I did not get the name of that employee who assisted me but his nails were beautiful. Thank you, you handled the situation well and explained to me that he was new and did not know what to do. Aaron did not apologize or say anything for being rude, dismissive and not showing proper customer service to a publix customer. I come to Publix often and I have never been treated this way by an employee. They are always respectful, attentive, and kind. I am a very patient and understanding person but this is unacceptable. No matter everyone deserves respect & professionalism when they come to get help from a staff. I felt as if I was being discriminated against. I should never feel upset or frustrated for being treated like I am a bother to someone who’s supposed to help me.

This is my go to grocery store. Love the Friendly atmosphere, very clean, and always fresh. Their subs are amazing. Managers and supervisors are always willing to help.
Update: June 2024
Everything is still the same except baggers.. Heavy things with the bread. Fill bags until nothing fits and double bag them, why? Fruit with meats, come on. I don't see the purpose of double bagging just because they want to fill the bag to the max. Overall it is still my to go publix, for now. Dropped a star. Worse is when no one is bagging and I bag my own groceries fruits with fruits, meats with meats and someone takes over and does the sloppy bagging???♀️??

The store was typically what I've come to expect with Publix stores, cleanliness and organized shopping. Just wished the setup was more similar to the other locations. No complaints, just felt like I couldn't locate some things which are usually found rather easily.

All publixes are suffering from bad customer service and certain items continually being not in stock or under stocked but of all the Publixes in this area this one has the best customer service and best of stocked items. So I'll give them a 3!!
