Just wanted to highlight what such a great person Steven is we were buying girl Scot’s cookies outside and he bought the last box of the French Toast cookies lol !! He was telling us how great they were , and than gave our little girl the box ! He surprised us very much and he was just so friendly and kind hearted .

WAY overpriced, some of the employees at this Publix are about as clueless as they come. Don’t ask them to count change…. CANNOT do it and I am not exaggerating!!!! Publix should be embarrassed, but they aren’t, I’m sure..

Normally good service and quick, went in later at night to the deli and they acted insanely upset we were there. I asked if it was too late for a sub and the two deli workers threw their hands down and said what kind, we don't have much. So I said nevermind and it sounded like they said "ok good". If you don't want to work then don't come. Thought you closed at 10pm, not 9:31...

While the customer service during your shopping experience is going to be good. The customer service is 50/50 when it comes to prescriptions. And we won't even begin to start on the sandwiches in the deli. Are you still not mind paying a higher price because I felt like the quality overall was higher. The handicapped carts don't last but half the store maybe. I used to brag on the store all the time now I'm looking to find another store to go to.

The evening deli manager consistently delivers a very poor service and always manages to have an attitude as if she isn’t pleased to be at work.

New building same crappy staff. 2 people in the deli. 7 cashier's. One of the workers said they would get to me when they felt like it and pulled out their phone and turn their back on me. Go to literally any other publix. Every one there needs to be fired.
Update... They have gotten better. I don't mind this Publix. Will still prefer to go to the one on Thomasville road.
