Pleased with my experience and purchase of the Freemax Marvos X. Only complaint is when I've called to get a price on something in the future like for pod juice, they refuse to discuss pricing over the phone due to competition trying to match their prices or some nonsense. Which I don't understand to an extent.
IF you're a business, you purchase your inventory, add your profit margins, and sell your products. If a competitor wants to eat into their profits trying to price match, who the hell cares. That's less money at the end of the day in their pockets, not your own. Just my opinion.

So I got a water pipe from them since it was right next to my apartment and I’ve loved it since. My bowl piece broke and I couldn’t get it out of the water pipe and figured I’d bring it by and see about getting a new piece. They ended up getting it out for me and cleaning it. The worker was helpful and friendly; they have everything you could possibly need.

The Puff Smoke Shop is hands down the best in town! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an awesome vibe and a fantastic selection of products. Corey and Betty, the two staff members on duty, were amazing! They were super knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service was top-notch, and I really appreciated how they went out of their way to help me. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend The Puff to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service!

I brought a cheap vape and I have before they exchange it and the vape as no flavor what so ever almost like they sold me an empty vape. I dislike that they said they would exchange it for the same and exactly the same. They said because of the price but I have purchased a cheap vape before and never taste like this one. I am not happy with the purchase or how it was handle that I just have to deal with the vape tasting empty. Something is definetly wrong with those vape on top of the flavor being recommended by the staff. Just makes me not want to do business with a company like this. Brand puffmi needs to be sewed for even selling something like this. Taste like death!!
