If I could give to them O ,I would.Worse place to be.Very dirty place, they don't take out the garbage, loud music and parties that happened very often and of course not to mention management people who were deaf to whatever problem they were asked to solve.

Quantum on West Call is a very nice, clean building. Wish they had planned for more parking to avoid wait lists. The people there were extremely helpful in answering questions. We worked with Noelle Dennis and she was extremely professional and helpful. she also lives in the building so that was helpful. We decided on the spot.

I lived in Quantum for 3 years & can’t recommend it at the prices they were charging when I left. I signed my lease at ~750 for a 4x4 in 2021- when I left in 2024, they were charging over $1000 per person for the same (more beat up) unit!
Pros:
-Close to campus
-Availability of study rooms
-occasionally free food
-pool, gym
Cons:
-Just overall nasty. Your neighbors are entitled college kids which means a lot of them don’t clean up after themselves. When you went outside after rain, the smell of fermenting dog poop that was never picked up was disgusting. Vomit, trash, spilled food everywhere every weekend. The vandalism and destruction got so bad one weekend that management closed the pool and other amenities as collective punishment
-Recurrent fruit fly infestations throughout the halls and apartments
-Gym is dingy and dirty. No sanitizing wipes EVER to clean equipment (but if you’re interested in finding out what MRSA is like this is the place)
-Rent gets higher and higher every year with no improvements
-SECURITY ISSUES!! No cameras in the garage, so if you get hit by some juiced up 20 year old in daddy’s BMW taking the corners at 40 mph (which happens constantly), good luck making that insurance claim! Car break ins were also somewhat common.
-Door locks into the complex were broken often. There was literally a homeless man sleeping in the lobby semi frequently towards the end of my time there. A couple incidents of people stating there were people who clearly didn’t live there either following them in the hallways or acting suspiciously. I was personally followed coming home from the garage one late night.
Overall, this place is by no means worth the disgustingly high price being charged.

Unreliable service when something malfunctions such as refrigerator or power goes out. Very poor property management and lack of security. Their response time to a call is abysmal.

Do not stay at this apartment complex. During are first semester stay we had to deal with waking up to dumpsters being crashed right outside. One time was standing in the kitchen and water starting dripping through the roof from the upstairs neighbor and then my brothers room was infested with termites and they did not do a single thing about it for 3 weeks until he emailed corporate and then magically we got moved to a new apartment which the AC was broken in for the first 2 weeks we stayed there so we have to buy window units to keep the place cool.

Horrible experience leading with apartment complex. My daughter and I signed her leases in November. It is not the end of May and they are advising they cancelled the lease in November as they said one of us didn’t sign a lease. We never received a call. Their response was “we sent an email”. So you better call and check as there is no follow up at all. If an email gets grabbed by junk mail that is the only way they communicate such important topics as where someone will live. Received a response to my review saying to give them a call to discuss. It is a genetic response as I spoke to them and basically said they had no resolution. They don’t actually care

Our daughter has entered her 4th year as a resident at Quantum. She’s been at Quantum since starting at FSU. As a mom/parent, responsiveness by management to inquiries, questions, concerns are so important, in addition to feeling that management cares. I’m so appreciative of manager, Ms Annie, for making herself available when I called about an issue with my daughter’s car being towed. She took the time to listen, check into it and called me back the same afternoon. Her pleasant demeanor and willingness to take a few minutes and assist, meant a lot!!

Renting the apartment was a very smooth experience. Alison Trezek is extremely helpful and made our lives so much easier. We did everything online and the communication between us was outstanding.

JD nutt is the BEST leasing manager i’ve ever came across. Super accommodating, such a great asset. Would sell my left kidney for him!! I hope they get the gnat problem under control because this is an amazing place to live. Highly recommended

Infested with flies. A fly outbreak happened twice in the span of four months. Doesn’t do anything about noise complaints either.

This is genuinely a terrible living experience.950$ a month is not worth it at all. For one, the complex does not dispose of waste properly, and the entire first floor of building 2 is constantly infested with flies. The AC in my unit has broken a total of 5 times within one semester, in addition to the appliances breaking which were provided by quantum. Rather than fix the issue at hand, quantum uses cheap quick fixes for the AC and pest problems, which leads to them breaking soon again anyways. Overall, stay away from this place unless you want flies landing on you every second, landing on your food, or if you want your apt to be 81 degrees the majority of the time you live here. You guys suck

Apartment is very nice, room is big. Closet is exceptional. Management and staff have been friendly and helpful. My daughter has had no issues. I would recommend this complex
