I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was fantastic! I’m not sure why the reviews are so negative—maybe due to wait times—but don’t let them discourage you. I went early in the morning and had a smooth visit. I have a severe fear of needles, but the staff was incredibly kind and gentle, making me feel completely at ease during my blood draw. I highly recommend this place!

Quest is a mixed bag of reviews. The waiting area looks cold, crowded and totally uninviting. There is no reception other than a screen. But, the employees are amazing. The staff is slammed with a constant stream of people and yet they manage it. Technicians not only do the tests but have to check insurance and data entry! I had an amazing tech 3/7 named Sharon. She did great with my hard to find veins and no bruising. She was very kind and professional.
I did have to wait even though I made an appointment. Oh! Got my results in 24 hrs….!!

Appointment or walk-in, you will wait forever. No one comes out to the lobby unless they're calling someone back, so if you have a question or anything like that you're out of luck unless you can catch them. Even then they're pretty dismissive and not helpful

Do not use for drug screens. They are always running behind, usual 2-3 hours. You will be lucky to get in less than 2 hours past your appointment, which can be problematic if you need to give a urine sample.

My dr did not send a order over to Quest for my blood work. So I had to wait for my dr.s office to fax over the order. The young lady was very patient and kind.

Great service, i checked in with my phone, not having to mess with the kiosk. Mary took my blood, was fast and was asking questions and made sure my labels were correct. Great customer service

Got a question? Tough luck. There is no one to help you. In my experience they are frequently understaffed and appointment times are a sad joke. This leads to few people who are actually working being stopped and hassled by people who are waiting for their appointments. Need to pick up an empty container? Make an appointment for a week and half from now. Need to drop a specimen off. LOL bring it in at 1pm in a week. Have fun keeping it til then.
It’s sad that Quest makes LabCorp look like rockstars. I’d rather change my insurance than continue dealing with Quest Diagnostics.

Horrible!!! Made an appointment, showed up on time. Had to wait behind 2 slowpokes at the Kiosk that put me exactly 11 minutes after my appointment. I scan my Qr code to check in and it says your past 10 minutes late, you have have reschedule??? Are you kidding me???Unacceptable!!! Down in Orlando where we moved from you just have walk in for drug tests no setting up an appointment. 5 minutes later and your done and on your way. My simple drug test for employment turned into a horrible Quest. Will never use Quest Diagnostics again, should have used Lab Core and will in the Future!
