I called to see if they had the ink for our printer. They were able to look up the cartridge by the printer model. When I went in, the ink was still in stock. Quick, easy transaction and our printer recognized the cartridge (which it hadn’t before from another ink supplier). Will definitely visit again.

Maybe you all should update Yelp, Google and other sites so that people don't drive all the way to your place on a Saturday and find it closed. And turn off your "Ink and Toner" light also indicating that you are open. Maybe the "Available" sign in the window is the sign of things to come.

Very friendly and helpful! Got a ink cartridge refilled and when I went to put it in my printer ended up being clogged! Called and he asked me to come and he would replace it for me. They are so helpful! I will come here from now on to get ink or anything to do with my printer :)

I went here to get refilled ink cartridges. I got a large cartridge of tricolor and a normal size for a black cartridge of ink. The black wasn't working well in my printer, I don't think it was picking up the sensor, so all I had to do was call Rapid Ink Refill and the employee said he'd give me a large black cartridge for no additional charge. He was really really nice about it and I'm definitely going here for my next ink refill

We had a major printing job for a very important proposal and suddenly ran out of toner. We called Rapid Refill and they delivered it the very same day! They really helped us out of a jam and I'll be getting all of my printing supplies there from now on! Thanks again guys!

I went into the store with the printer model, was handed the incorrect toner, then I came back and they said they would give me a refund. They insisted that the owner was the only one who could process refunds and that he would need to call back to process it. The owner never called and every time I called, they kept telling me the owner was never available. Finally, in my last correspondence, they gave me an excuse of why the refund was not available anymore by stating I specifically asked for the model even though I did not. Bottom line..do not trust these guys! Buyer beware for sure!
