I've purchased several items over the years from this particular Rent-A-Center location. The staff has always been very helpful. There has been a time or two when I've changed my mind on an item once I had it in place but the transition with them bringing the new item was very smooth. They usually have a good inventory but if an item needs to be ordered usually doesn't take too long.

Zac and Ted were such a pleasure to meet. Throughout the whole time they came to the house they were extremely nice and super helpful. The table that we had delivered, couldn’t fit into the house with the legs on there so Zac and Ted took off the legs and put them back on to bring the table inside. It was a nice experience and I made sure to thank them for their awesome service! 10/10 for customer service!

Love my washer and dryer. Worry Free, I know if something goes wrong-- They just pick it up give me a loaner and bring back the washer and dryer set that I had or something comparable. Only gave one star less because my original set chosen ended up not being available once they put my contract together, which prompted me to call their Customer Service center because it was about a week from making my selection and was waiting for the contract. I seemed to have slipped between the cracks - could have been because I started the order online and spoke to 2 different stores. Not sure, at any rate I love my Whirlpool top loader with removable agitator and matching dryer. And they gave me a courtesy call to pay my bill over the phone - that extra step made me feel very taken care of.

Placed an order online 3 days ago, last day where a penny pays first week. Paid the penny for a mattress/frame set, then I get a call that they no longer had that bed I picked, so I went in to discuss another option, they picked a bed set out but that penny down no longer went in effect and they wouldnt transfer over to new bed set, they wanted me to pay up front the whole amount, I walked out and went somewhere else. That wasn’t right! I should have been good until Saturday! I used rent a center for a while years ago, but I’ll just stick with Buddys Home Furniture!!! They gave me a great deal!

Some of the best customer service I've received in a long time .Zack brought my items yesterday he was absolutely professional ,friendly and knowledgeable about everything he did. also I don't know who the kid with the fro is the tall guy but he is absolutely magnificent, both of these young men are an examples of great personality ,professionalism and job knowledge.
