Like someone else that posted the simular experience in the reviews here, I bought a $200 dollar smooth top stove awhile back and didn't get the remodel to my place done for a long time as ive been living with my fiance, so when I finally plugged the stove in it would power up nevertheless had a bad electric control board from where mice or rats had chewed up the wires and it being1999 model i couldn't find a replacement board to fix it.. its a 200.00 dollar loss as I know they're not gonna give me any reimbursement or store credit !

Compared to the Re-stores in other parts of Florida, this one is mediocre. Large selection of tiles and stains, which is great. Other stuff, not so great. Overpriced doors. Watch your receipt as they over charge, and they over price items too, but still cheaper than retail. I go there in a pinch when I really have to. That's about it.

Our first and last time shopping here. We bought a stove/oven for an un— rented property and it was guaranteed to work. We did not get tenants for two months and when they moved in, the stove didn’t work. We ask the manager for a refund or replacement and we were denied. Waste of money! Buyer beware!!!!!!

Glad to see the store here in Tallahassee. If more people knew about it it would not habe to be such a small store. However there are good finds to be found here!

Stopped by this morning to drop off some donations. Some of which were heavy. There was no assistance to off-load the heavy items. If there is no assistance, there was no sign to advise so. One employee came out while I was off-loading. He did not ask if I needed help, he did not even speak. What he did do, was sit in the HFH truck for approx. 5mins while I was there. For an agency that accepts donations, more needs to be done to ensure that there is someone there to help with unloading heavy items. A woman should not have to struggle to do it alone.

Good place to look for used paint, hardware, blinds, windows, cabinets, tools etc. as long as you are flexible as far as brands, type, size, color etc.

I love this store. The prices are lower than Goodwill and Salvation Army. The appliances are tested and they work great. Every home owner's dream store. You can find so many things to renovate your home.

I am a disabled combat veteran. I can not wear a mask and they refused me business even after I explained. They are not for the community or helping people. I tried to shop small and local but after this discrimination I went to the big blue box store, spent $170 dollars and they thanked me for my military service. I suggest all people shop another place and put this private business who discriminates - OUT OF BUSINESS!!
