Went there yesterday. The checkout line had more than 20 people and was not moving. After standing there for for maybe 10-15 minutes, we decided to ask about the hold-up. One employee was sorting clothes right by the checkout area. When she was asked about the delay, she directed us to the manager who stated that she was leaving (she looked at her watch) and indicated that she does not know if the next manager on shift was going to call more cashiers on shift. The response was not cordial nor apologetic. We ended up leaving without buying anything.

It's Black Friday, their store is a disaster, the employees don't care about any of the customers, and there are 3 cashier's with a check out line to the back of the store. Ross is a joke.

This was the first Ross I ever shopped back in the late 80's. Was in Tallahassee for FAMU HOMECOMING and Ross came through when I needed a few items.

Today me and my friend went into the dressing room just for the older lady working it to came in and tell us the dressing room was closed. When we said “okay sorry we understand” she said “it doesn’t seem like you do” and was very rude and it was uncalled for. When we came out to give her the items we did not want, she rolled her eyes and would not answer when we asked her if that is where we put the items. I’ve never had an experience like this at Ross and was very disappointed.

I dont know what the hell it is about the Ross stores here in Tallahassee, but they're all terrible. I don't know if it's a stocking issue or what, but they never have very much and they're always a mess. Definitely miss the Ross stores down south.

I came here to shop for a dress while visiting from out of town. At first, I thought that they didn't have anything nice in my size, but as I kept looking, I realized that the sizes were all mixed up. As I continued browsing through other sections, I noticed the exact same thing. I almost gave up looking but finally stumbled across a few things. There were also alarms going off from the security devices on the shoes for most of the time I was in the store. Upon checking out, there was an extremely long line with only three cashiers. I think I was probably in line for at least 20 or 30 minutes. I'm not impressed with this Ross store at all.

1st day picked some things up everyone was nice. But try to return one thing the next day. It was like the devil came out in these people.

Organized clean swift check out I was a very long line at check out but those 3 ladies got us out of there.My son didn't like one.of the pair pants I bought so later that day I brought the joggers back it took 1 min to return them no paperwork or signature required loved it

If you’re looking to argue with someone then this is the perfect place for you. Just go to the cashier (associate 337612 since she didn’t want to give a name) since she prefers to argue over actually doing her job cause when I tried to return something that DID NOT FIT she insisted that I wore it more then once on something that I told her that DOES NOT FIT me because it had a small white mark that was already on there when I bought it but she insisted that Ross would not sell something like that and kept trying to argue. BUT, if you want employees that would actually be nice and help you then you can speak with any other associate.
