I’m a cosmetology student who was looking to stock up on product. I wasn’t aware I had to have an account to shop here (my first time) and the woman behind the counter told me I had to go online to make one, while implying my school wasn’t doing their job by telling us that. That’s fine. But then they let me walk around and shop for a half hour and wait in line at the register before telling me, “oh. No you have to make your account first.”Not only was it a waste of thirty minutes, but I’ve now had two other classmates go in since I’ve been, and the staff helped them sign up for guest accounts. And literally every aisle I walked down, an employee followed me and worked within ten feet. Do you think I’m going to steal from you?? While wearing my school uniform???Why was my experience so poor? Why wasn’t I offered a guest account? Won’t be back.

The products & prices are good but the fact that you have to buy a bag for your items purchased THERE... doesn't make much sense..

Staff is awesome! Been very disappointed with items being out of stock, back orders and discontinued items this past year. Out of items for months on end.

The assistant manager with the long curly hair is super helpful! I'm new to the area and she was so kind and patient showing me where everything was. So glad to have such helpful people around!

I love the store, the environment, the products, and the customer service. I’m a Hispanic hairstylist and I never have any issues about discrimination, all the associates are very respectful and very knowledgeable and very kind. I absolutely love shopping here

This place is horrible. I will never shop here or recommend anyone shop here. My friend was racially profiled at this establishment by "Kelly". Kelly is a regular employee here who clearly does not understand her job. She was very rude and demanding my friend to verify ID and her place of work. She belittled my friend who has shopped here many times in the past. This experience has made us both feel very uncomfortable. I really hope some sort of disciplinary action is taken. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

have y’all ever been racially profiled while trying to bring business to salon centric? well it happened to me today!!! kelly apparently because “she’s never seen me before” assumed i didn’t even work for a actual salon. mind you i have shopped at this location many, many times.she wasn’t even helping me at that. another associate was and she just felt the need to chime in and ask me to make my own account for “tax purposes” then proceeds to find me in the aisles as i was shopping and asks for my name. she was a little snooty with me as she says “i know the owner too”. it made me feel so little and disrespected. like am i not worthy to shop there?? then she even calls the salon i work at TO CONFIRM. this single experience alone will never make me feel welcomed. would rather take my money else where.

Kelly comes off as a racist with awful customer service.Beware of KELLY.This is not a bad place of business but sometimes 1 bad seed can ruin a customer service experience. Please do better in the future to train employees on how to communicate properly.

Very unprofessional. I suggest training employees on how to properly speak to paying customers with respect. There is no reason my friend should’ve been spoken to the way she was. I am extremely disappointed by your employees choice of words and her actions.
