Store and prices are great. Friendly people at registers. However i went to get food from your cafe and as i was waiting at the register a lady peaked around the pizza glass and just looked at me so i smiled cuz i didnt know what else to do and then she looked at me and waved her hand around and said are you getting something. A dude had been taking the orders the whole time and he was fixing someones ice cream so i was waiting for him to come back. Had i been greeted and asked what can i get you i wouldve known, but i wasnt and she was rude the entire interaction. She did greet the lady behind me though. Also the pizza i got has WAY too much sauce and the cheese just slides off the pizza of i try to pick it up. I came back in after shopping specifically for the pizza and I'm so upset about the whole thing.

Shopping was a breeze. Was able to locate the items I needed quickly and easily. The scan and go feature in the app saved me from waiting in long lines.

Love being able to check out with the app. Store was crowded. There are many long lines at the checkouts.

I love this location! I asked a very busy employee, Mrs May, for some assistance with a product and her response was, “let me finish helping who I am with and I will come back or send someone.”
Not going to lie, I was like yeahhhh. LOL. BUT she followed through with her being busy and Christmas shopping busy no less.
I got help from a manager whom Mrs May had actually given some details too (impressed). Her name was Nichole.
Pray this reaches the eyes of someone who can acknowledge their “above and beyond “ assistance.
Anyone who owns a business… customer service and a smile goes a long way with repeat, happy customers
Needless to say we were very blessed with their follow through! 🥰🥰. Doll house for my grand baby for the win.

I love the Sam's Club Scan & Go app. I can scan and pay at the gas pump. I can Scan & go inside the store.
It's super convenient. I never have to wait in line.

I will never purchase another set of Tires from Sam's Club. I only purchased a set for our car this year because Sam's has Road Hazard included with their tires. We could have purchased the set from Tire Kingdom for additional $50 with Road Hazard. We had a nail in one tire last Wednesday and was told they would order and tire would be in Friday or Monday. When I checked Monday they told me tire was not ordered, so we have been driving on the temporary spare for a week, and tire may not be here until Friday.. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I have never had this problem with any other Tire Distributor.

Just your average Sam's Club. Parking lot always full of garbage and carts are difficult to find at the front door.
However, Scan and Go is the best!
