“This facility is clean, quiet, and secure. Rates are market-reasonable and the leasing process can be completed entirely online without human contact, though staff members are very helpful. Both units we’ve leased within this facility have been easily accessible and clean, and both had door hardware compatible with a cylinder lock and dual padlocks. Additionally, while I have not rigorously tested it, the temperature, humidity, and dust control of the facility seems above average. I have also not noticed any indications of pests within either unit or the facility generally. Overall, this is a solid self storage facility that I would recommend to a family member or friend without hesitation.”

“It was nice to be greeted by Cindy upon arrival. Within minutes I had my storage unit and was on my way. I had reservation originally with the storage company down the street. I went to their facility three days in a row during regular business hours and noone was there to help me.... So, I came to CubeSmart and I was very satisfied with Cindy, customer service, and the facility.
