Great store, good service. I felt a little rushed by the attendant. The place was very busy. Likely will go to the one in Kohl's next time to see if it is more laid back, easier accessibility and I can take my time..

I came in today looking to purchase the Tom Ford Vanilla perfume. As I walked in, I was not greeted and instead, looked at up and down. When I was trying to smell various perfumes, the same associate said “I’m trying to get there. Can you, like, move?” What makes it even more humorous is that when the manager walked in, she changed her tune and started acting magically friendly. Nice try. Won’t be returning, and definitely will not be spending my money here.

Attempted for 30 minutes and went to 5 different staff members and all of them but 1 told me where to go find my own stuff ... I was asking for help and advice. Every sephora helps you but this one. I gave up and left without buying the perfume, foundation and 3 other products I was going to buy.

Literally just left this store a few minutes ago about 12pm…Thoroughly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service provided today. I saw the associate very happily insisting that a customer take a bag to carry her things. Then I called out to her as she was about to walk away “Ma’am, ma’am” and she very nastily turned around to say “ I’m helping someone!”. Although the lady she had given the bag to hadn’t asked for her help at all. She stepped away from what she was doing to bring her a bag. Needless to say, I didn’t buy my items and I left the store.

I give it a 1 simply bc of selection. I was frustrated bc yes they had Charlotte tilbury, yes they had tarte but the products they had were not the main lines and were lesser quality. The Charlotte tilbury foundation comes in a small tube for $60... when I used it mostly air came out. Usually Charlotte tilbury foundation comes in a glass bottle and lasts about 4 months. Basically a rip off. Stick to sephora lip pencils that's about all they have.

My experience getting products was a 5 start. And that led me to get a makeup session.and that was awful. The girl doing my makeup was paying more attention to say hi to the people coming in and talking to the other employees. She had to re do my eyes 3 times, and in the end, it looked like something my daughter would do. There was nothing similar to what I asked and the pictures I showed her.

I went in for the first time and the employees were very kind and really helpful! I needed assistance finding a concealer to match my skin tone and they not only helped me to colour match but they recommended some really great products to use with it as well!
