Women’s restrooms weren’t great. Stains on the door (or at least I hope they were stains), trash can in the stall was so rusty I feel like I need a tetanus shot, trash on the floor, there wasn’t a place to hang my bag, and the stall was out of toilet seat covers. The rest of this gas station looked great! Why skimp on cleaning the restrooms?Also, if you have dogs that need to potty, there is a green area near the KFC with parking there. However, there are no trash cans to dispose of dog waste. Also, be very careful if you have an escape artist. The green area slopes downward. At the bottom of the hill is 4-5 lanes of traffic. It made me nervous walking my dog here, but we didn’t have another choice and he needed to go.

Stop here to get gas at 3 am and would not let us use the bathroom. They said it was a safety hazard, because the bathroom was just cleaned. Waited a few minutes after pumping gas and still turned away. 100% would not recommend for road trips

Pump #1 doesn’t have an automatic shutoff so you have to sit there and manually pump gas while they blare ads at your face

A few months ago, after getting gas, I purchased a carwash ticket . Upon driving to the car wash area, I noticed the car wash was out of order. (the computer at the gas pump didn't notify it was out of order) Since it was nightfall, I decided to try my luck the next day. I returned and the car wash was still out of order, so decided to request a refund. When I told the cashier, the lady asked another employee, I'm assuming either an old employee or supervisor, for help on processing a refund. The supervisor/other employee proceeded, in an unwilling manner (face gestures and sighing) and told me the following: "Next time, request a refund the same day because then it's a whole lot of s*** to process a refund when it's the next day." I was stunned at the lady's rude behavior. And the sad part? The "whole lot of s***" only took her about 30 seconds to do. I gazed at her, and decided to not even reply. Well, this is the part the people don't see, employees being rude to customers. But if I had said anything, I would have been labeled "Karen". I have not set foot at this place since then, and never will again.

It's called RED HILLS MARKET but I have given up on trying to get Yelp to correct the name from the generic Shell name. Even referencing the picture I posted of the sign didn't help. I can't comment on any interaction with the employees because I have yet to go inside. I pull up to the gas pump, insert my Shell card and pump my gas. No human interaction required. They tore down the old gas station plus the closed Days Inn next door then built a new convenience store, gas pump island, car wash and KFC and reconfigured the main entrance from N. Monroe to eliminate RVs and trailers getting their bumpers stuck trying to make the steep climb. I can say that the new gas pumps are easy to use, the car wash is a fail for my vehicle and having the KFC in the parking lot is convenient. The gas prices are ok but my nearby Circle K stopped selling Shell gas when they built their new store so this is now my regular gas station.

This review is for Shell the organization and it’s inability to refund customers for issues stemming from their gift card issues. I purchased a $50 gift card for gas I pumped $10 at one gas station, made a $5 purchase at another and and attempted to use the remaining balance for gas. As I Attempted to pump the balance of 33.99 that pump gives me an error message to go see the cashier, so I did. She informs me that she had to reset the pump and that it should be on there for me to pump HOWEVER, I was only able to pump $15 and that’s where all the mess began. I NEVER pumped the $33 only $15 and all of a sudden my card balance was $0. Clearly there is a glitch in the system or the cashier inadvertently did something when she reset it, either way that’s not my fault, and Shell gas station is legit not trying to give me my funds. It’s real upsetting because the only gas station I’ve been using since 2014, V Power at that (the expensive premium), is Shell and they can’t even refund me my money. Not only are they giving me a hard time about funds that are rightfully mine, but it inconvenienced me that day, causing me to be stuck without enough gas to drive the remaining way home. Thanks Shell for your care and concerns of your loyal customer…. I’m real disappointed!!

I thought I would give this store another try since it is convient to stop on my way home. I WAS SO WRONG!I stopped going here because they staff in the morning/early afternoon have a slick mouth especially the one that wears the big earrings and is always eating. I have watched her interact and be rude so many times for no reason. Well this morning it was me she chose to use her flip mouth on...she wasn't even taking care of me but had something to say from her corner where she was stuffing her mouth....(like always)....It was over the kind of cigarettes that I wanted vs what the clerk put in the counter....anyway once the other person put her too cents in the clerk put the other cigarettes back up and walked away.....AS MUCH MONEY AS AS MY FAMILY SPEND ON GAS ETC AT THIS STORE IT IS JUST AS EASY TO SPEND IT ELSEWHERE...

This night shift crew is WORTHLESS- let's just say conversation was needed - but they didn't have cups for the soda ????? Toooo busy in conversation- talking about there menstrual cycles ????? TRASH! While having people running in and out with full masks covering there entire robber masks ???
