Fred the store manager is not helping me
I took a small sample but he doesn’t want to make a sample instead he want me cut the wall and bring a big sample which I don’t want to do.
He shouldn’t be the manager here

Poor customer service. Couldn’t tell me the paint code from the bar code even though it was from a Tallahassee Sherman Williams store. Then didn’t even have the product in stock. No solutions offered.

I always enjoy getting my paint from SW. The staff is always friendly and I rarely have to wait for help, and the fact they save my order helps me when I need reorders. My most recent project is a camper remodel. The paint recommended is the very best quality and is turning out to be perfect for my project. The Kerry Forrest location is convenient for North Tallahasee. Five stars for my neighborhood Sherwin-Williams store!
