I had a disappointing experience with this sign company. I placed an order for six open house signs, and unfortunately, they got it wrong twice. The first time, they completely botched the order. After taking two trips across town to pick them up, I discovered they had left the lettering off my name on the second set of signs. Despite their promise to correct it, they never followed through, and I was left without a solution or even a partial refund. The customer service was poor, and communication was practically nonexistent.

They did right buy me. While other companies in the area brushed me off, Chas and Josh both made sure that I had what I wanted put on my food trailer. Prices were fair, service was amazing. They’re my go-to graphics people from now on.

Awful service. I ordered my signs in beginning of June 2021. I was given multiple dates that the signs would be ready. They never were. No calls from Signs Now letting me know there would be a delay. Finally, after about 2 1/2 months from the initial order date, I canceled my order. I will never consider using Signs Now again.
