Everything is way too overpriced and the customer service was awful. He tired to sell a 250$ for over 600$. Only offered me 100$ for a samsung s20.

My banks fraud department called me this afternoon to asking if I had made a charge at this store today or online. O said no I am in Oregon and have not bought anything online. A charge of $104.86 had been attempted. The card was in my pocket. Fraud is coming from this store.

This place is the worst. Should be given “0” or actually a negative rating would suffice. I got my phone fixed (cracked screen) here for $89 in early November. My screen was cracked again 3 months later in February. Preferred not to, but out of convenience I got my phone repaired here again one day prior to leaving Florida. The technician told me that there were issues with my phone, and asked who fixed it last because whoever did it didn’t do a good job and they messed up my phone. After telling him I had my phone fixed there less than 3 months ago, he proceeded to say nothing, fixed my phone, changed the way it operates completely (the iPhone “home” button was disabled and he added some new button on my phone screen to use instead! And the phone screen wasn’t totally flat and even anymore, bottom corner was now slightly raised. Then charged me the full $89. After ALL of that, I left the store. The very same evening my phone battery died while I’m out. AND MY PHONE NEVER TURNED ON AGAIN. I flew to California the next morning and had to buy a new phone for $200. This place is a joke! No accountability, no understanding and over priced. Take your business elsewhere!

AVOID!!! This store sells fake airpods that don’t work. It happened to my son a few weeks ago. Since there is no return policy, they replaced them. For another fake set that also didn’t work. At that point they refused to service us. Apple store confirmed that the set they sold should have never been put on the market. Nobody in the store is willing to talk to us or remedy the situation.
