I went to the site because of a promotion they had going on. At the end of the meeting I was told there was a higher activation/ payment fee than previously indicated and I declined to move forward. I thanked them for their time and left. Sometime I later I get a phone call from collections saying that I needed to pay off a debt I owed to TMobile and come to find out one of the members went ahead and opened an account in my name without my consent. It was active for a while and I had no idea. The member who helped me was a man named Jonny and another African American male whom was wearing glasses and a head wrap. What they did was extremely unprofessional and honestly disappointing. Wanting to get sales so bad that you open fraudulent accounts under people’s identity?… pathetic. Please go to another establishment that will not do this.

Terrible experience with Tmobile business., make sure you get everything in writing.I got promised a good deal on my business account so signed back up with T-Mobile. I had used them in the past and it was not a great experience.After 4 months of service, they have not honored the rate they promised me in writing, waiting for the promotion to kick in (based on their explanation).This is very frustrating and makes no business sense.If you qualify for a promotion there should be no waiting period.Also, customer service has gotten much worse since they moved it to Thailand. It takes me at least 1 hour to get anything done with support over the phone.Definitely, some prepaid plans are better and headache-free.

Don’t fall for the scams! I have to agree with another customer who said there were “dishonest representatives and practices” and “cramming” by sales representatives to increase their bonuses. When I ported over from another carrier the representative James B. said I qualified for a new phone, and would only pay fees and taxes. Then he offered case and other accessories at a discounted rate, since I was opening an account. I asked how much they would cost because I was on a tight budget. He said would be “about $10”, not including taxes. Okay, so I paid for the fees and taxes on my phone and accessories on my credit card when I left the store, with the pricing looking about right. Later in the month, when the bill came, I had what will add up to $200+ dollars in additional fees for these and other accessories I was told came with the phone! I could have gotten for so much less on Amazon! Tried to call customer service and am still trying to resolve this and related fees and issues. It’s absolutely ridiculous that T-Mobile is letting this happen.

worst customer service experience ever. heard an employee claim he was hiding from his customers. not helpful at all and extremely rude. if i was the manager of this place i would fire eli instantly.

Worst experience ever, go to any other location! Manager wasn’t helpful his name is a Miguel. Literally had a hassle over who authorized my name on the account, didn’t receive any service

The rudest most unhelpful people we’ve ever came in contact with. I was trying to get my grandmothers google watch set up and they couldn’t be more rude. Went to a different t-mobile.

I went to T-Mobile on north Monroe before 10:00 and no one came to open after 10 and the worker was just standing outside on the phone

If you've never been here you've got to visit. T-Mobile has this way of just making you feel like home and that's no matter which one I visit. Shout out to Maurice and Gene man they one of a kind knowledgeable and my kind type of peeps y'all keep doing ya thing brothers.

This is the worst of the worst. I could not get response on 911 call and have no service once I get a block from my house. No service between ox bottom and up into Georgia. We have been fighting them for years to get us service to no avail. All we get is lies and no service when we go into any of their stores. Other carriers are the same story. I'll be on the phone for hours with them and they maybe give me $20 off my bill. There maps all say they have 5g but they don't. That's not just my complaint but many of my neighbors as well
