LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE
I’ve lived at Stadium Centre Deck for two years, & the only reason I chose to renew my lease is because this is my final year. The location is the only truly good thing about this complex, being in Collegetown and having a balcony. But everything beyond the four walls of my own unit quickly reminds me how overpriced and poorly managed this place is.
For how much rent is here, the quality is absolutely NOT there:
• Hallways and stairwells are constantly filthy — especially in the back building. Dog urine and feces are a nonstop issue. No accountability for pet owners and little urgency to clean.
• Trash rooms are disgusting and attract bugs — roaches in the hallways are very normal to see.
• Elevators break constantly and stay broken for weeks. Sometimes they suddenly work again but clearly haven’t been fixed properly.
• Parking gates are unreliable — one has been broken for over a month with zero communication from management. For something residents pay extra for (parking spot fees + COVERED parking is extra), it’s ridiculous.
• Maintenance and management take forever to resolve issues
• The only time the complex looks decent is when new residents are touring or moving in. After that, it goes right back to being neglected.
I want to clarify: the front desk workers are great — they do what they can and are kind. But the management clearly does not care about residents or maintaining the property to the standard they advertise.
If you’re considering living here, the location may convince you, but everything else WILL disappoint you. For the same price range in Collegetown, all of my friends’ places have been significantly better in quality, cleanliness, and basic functionality.

If could encapsulate my feelings towards stadium centre in one review it would be as long as the entire length of every printed book since the birth of the universe. With terrible untrained staff with the exception of one competent girl who’s short with brown hair (sorrry I forgot your name). The apartment while I lived there was infested with rats, bats, flooded, cockroaches just to say the least. They run an unfair leasing process pressuring decision to be made in split seconds over hundreds of dollars. Their maintenance is dreadful and never present, they do not answer there phone or have any sort of empathy relating to the health and happiness of their clients. They have amenities that are never open. Their green spaces are covered in dog feces and I’ve even found some in the hallways. All their appliances are outdated and dented. They have overflowing trash rooms with disgusting odor flying through the hall and they also treat their employees terribly. It is truly impressive how terrible a leasing company can be as well as being impossible to reach and negatively hospitable. If you are a parent wishing for non stop issues and headaches house your child in stadium. If you do not want your child to be miserable move them anywhere else. This complaint is completely objective as every opinion stated has had a previous real life experience attached. Thank you for nothing Stadium centre.

We pay for our daughter to stay here, so I'm very familiar with Stadium Center. The apartments are nice, but be warned. Stadium Center has numerous doors that are unsecured or broken. This past weekend 7 or 8 cars were broken into. I tried to get a hold of anyone at Stadium Center but they have not bothered to answer any of my calls or emails. Their customer service skills are terrible. After they have you locked in with a lease, good luck getting any real help, answers or basic security in this case. I don't blame the young adult college people working the leasing office. It's management's responsibility to get things done and to respond to concerns. However, they have failed on both counts. Do better people!

Horrible place. First they paired our son with a non-student that was 23 years old and probably a drug dealer. Then we moved him to a studio and the dryer and AC does not work for over two weeks. For the cost they should have at least this repaired. Horrible company

I lease at Stadium Center, and have faced little no to issues with the community. Today, I faced q challenge that felt insurmountable. Issues with my mail had me at a low point, but thanks to the incredible help from two of Stadium Center’s employees, I managed to successfully resolve the issue. Brianna and Savannah were friendly, approachable, decisive, and helpful when dealing with my issue. They really went above and beyond what was expected of them, and I can honestly say that it was one of my best service experiences to date. I’m glad Stadium Center takes such good care of training their employees to the quality that they showed me today.

Nadiya Merced, the leasing manager did an exceptional job in helping me and my friend with our apartments at Stadium Centre! We initially decided to rent individual units and then changed our minds and my friend and I wanted to room together. So basically we had to sublet our initial units and then find an apartment with two openings. It was quite a process, but Nadiya was excellent in communicating constantly with us, and trying to help us with the process. She answered our questions promptly and provided us always with answers to our questions. She made this process easier because she was such a big help. She was very welcoming!
Jessica Davis, the general manager was also very helpful at times when Nadiya was not in the office. She provided us clear and precise answers and really tried to help us as well.
Both Brian and Chris at the front desk were instrumental in answering some of our questions as well.
Because of the great communication, professionalism and help my friend and I received we are looking forward to living at Stadium Centre.

We have sub leased from Stadium Centre in Tallahassee and we have been dealing with an air conditioning issue for 6 days.
We were told to add blackout curtains to cool the unit down. Total incompetence and run around from management. The ambient temperature in the common areas is 85 degrees. After 4 days of saying the thermostat was set incorrectly they finally placed portables AC units in the bedrooms.
The attitude of the rental office is unbelievable, tons of excuses.
