I have used Stanton optical before and was impressed with the price and also got my glasses the same day that was a bit ago and things have certainly changed, I have sent many friends to Stanton optical after my first visit but today I had a different kind of experience, Dakota was extremely nice and helpful during the visit even helped me pick out frames, he came and told us it was buy one pair get one free and for both of us to pick out another pair so we did he then told me I needed things to go with each pair and told me the total for 2 pairs of glasses and supposedly 2 were free and 2 eye exams it was around 1,100.00, I am still in shock over that news there was no options for a payment plan or anything for me, after I questioned the total he done something on the computer and got it to 750.00 and then when I was still in disbelief he suggested he would take the “free” ones off to see if that made a difference in price, so we only got the one pair because there free isn’t free apparently and I still paid almost 350.00, I will NEVER go back there and will make sure to tell anyone that will listen to not make the same mistake as I did today, times are hard and people taking advantage of you is at an all time high so be careful when choosing Stanton optical in the future…

I have been a customer at this location for years. Today, was not a good experience. We were not greeted upon entry, we were rushed through the pre exam due to the associate being “ready to get off at 6:00,” and none of the other associates cared enough to assist us after she left us. We as the customers, had to locate them, and ask for assistance. I must mention, the only customers in the store during this time were African-Americans. All of the sales associates, and “the manager” Michael, were Caucasian. I noticed that when other Caucasian people entered the store, they were cheerfully greeted and assisted immediately. This was my daughters first time trying out contact lenses, and it disheartened me that they ruined her very first experience. Dakota, Michael, Cassidy, and Kiyah should all receive customer service training, as well as how to treat minority customers the same way that they treat Caucasian customers.

Amazing customer service. All employees are top notch. A special thanks to Kassidy who explained the pricing and made great recommendations.Free eye exam. I kept my two pair of frames that I already had and only paid for two pairs of lenses. State of the art refraction with a remote doctor which was awesome.Highly recommend.

I have been a customer here since the first year they opened. This year I got my eyes examined and was taken care of afterwards to pick out frames, etc. by Raphael who is extremely knowledgeable and exhibits great style and customer service. I picked up my glasses which came in earlier than expected. After a few days I realized they were painful on my nose & ears. They allowed me to come in for a free restyle and I picked out new frames. I picked up the restyled glasses (also earlier than expected) and they felt much better but after a few days I realized I was not seeing as well as expected. They had me come back and administered another (free) eye exam and did end up writing me a prescription that was slightly stronger. Raphael did the measurements and I'm so glad he was there to do them, I've had it done improperly in the past and getting this right when you have trifofcals is very important to get the best line of vision. Raphael is amazing at this & measures a few times to make sure its perfect. I certainly appreciate him for this attention to detail! Raphael let me keep my glasses until the new lenses came in so I wouldn't have to go back to an old pair. I picked up my new lenses, early again, and they were perfect. Raphael was there and got the new lenses put in quickly, did some adjustments and they are perfect! I appreciate Stanton for honoring their warranty & I really appreciate the great customer service from Raphael who didn't get frustrated with me throughout this process, and had the best attitude ever!

Entering the store, the staff was very friendly, the eye exams are given virtually which was fine the Dr. Who administered the exam was very nice. Some of the promotions were a bit misleading. $79 for two pairs of frames lenses and an eye exam IF you choose from a certain selection that includes about 13 pair of the bottom of the barrel glasses, some pairs were duplicate. Initially I was willing to pay extra for the glasses I wanted however other fees for upgrades were added to the price without it being offered to me first. Those fees brought my total to a little under $500. If you stick to the glasses with the blue tag you can leave with a price tag of $79. It also advertised that the glasses would be ready the same day, however that was not the case either. Not a bad experience over all you just have to be set on what you are and are not willing to do.

From start to finish great experience. Dakota was very patient and helpful with picking out our frames. The BOGO is fantastic deal. Great selection of frames. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot express enough the satisfaction from the service rendered today by Stanton Optical employees. I brought in my Pops glasses for repair. He is homebound and 87 years old. Other offices said they could not fix them, they were not purchases there. The young man met me coming in, I explained, and within 15 minutes the glasses were fixed. Great customer service and just friendly and professional staff. Thank you. I will refer everyone I can to this office. Myself included.

Dakota was absolutely the best, he took his time first to fix my old glasses and then he help me pick out new glasses. He also offered me the progressive lens so that o wouldn’t have to take my glasses on and off. When I tell you I couldn’t not have walked in at a better time to get Dakota. Patience, friendliness and just all around good customer service. I will recommend him and this office anytime. Kudos to Dakota. Thank you for putting up with me.

I had the best experience ?????. Dakota was so patient, so knowledgeable. They worked me in , not once, but twice in one day. They have so many styles and colors to choose from. I was able to find THE perfect pair for work, and so affordable, I got a pair for leisure.Stanton Optical has a customer for life in me.

It’s not 79$ for two pairs of glasses and single-vision lenses as communicated on their website .. they tried to charge me almost 100$ per a pair of lenses for the frames, and the selection was honestly awful in my opinion. The eye exam was very confusing and unprofessional also, they had a woman doing it via a video call and the network kept disconnecting. The custom service in person was nice, but as a business I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here if you need a competent eye exam and actually nice frames.

5 stars! First time at Stanton Optical and everyone was extremely kind and the process (eye exam + finding frames) itself was quick. Raphael in particular helped my girlfriend find the perfect glasses that were also affordable. Special thanks to him as she tried on countless frames at the store and helped her get the right lenses based on her needs. Thank you again Raphael for making this experience! We will definitely be coming back!

I fell & my glasses broke. I was able to get a same day appointment & there wasn't any wait time. The only reason I don't have glasses is because they had to be specially ordered. Everyone was kind & friendly. I had to wear shades because my eyes were sensitive to light & they made me comfortable by cutting off the lights during my exam. 10/10 would recommend!
