The beds and pillows were EXTREMELY comfortable. This was a quick overnight stay and we got in real late. Kate was working the front desk and she was AMAZING!!! We were exhausted and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Will consider this place from now on. It’s only 8 miles from downtown. But seems further due to the quiet peaceful area. Room was pretty good size. Tv was a bit smaller than most and doesn’t swing enough to watch from couch or bed comfortably.

Handicap accessible, awesome staff, reasonable rates and very spacious rooms (living room, dining room and kitchen and bedroom)!. Numerous restaurants in the area with great food!

My family and I were really excited to stay here and enjoy our weekend. We got a text from 'Alexis' at the hotel the morning of check-in, stating that our request for the 4th floor with a view of the lake was assured and that they could provide the extra towels for our kiddos as well. However, when we arrived, the person at the front desk was not 'Alexis' , and stated that 'Alexis' is new and we were misinformed, and we received none of what was stated above. They did bring the towels to the room, pictured below. The room was basic, with barely any toilet paper and hand wash products, I had to physically go grab then downstairs.
The breakfast, at most, was basic nothing great, and the waffle mix tasted really bad when made into a waffle. Now, the cleanliness, was below basic. With an extra towel I had no choice but to clean our floors as our kids bare feet, and mine were black after a few minutes. I washed up the floor and the difference was insane, the towel was literally black. The breakfast area had the same debris/food on the floor two days in a row, it was noticeable. For the price, stay elsewhere. We were pretty bummed as this was a celebration weekend and felt like we were staying somewhere that cost $80 a night not almost $250.
Don't recommend.

Dirty dishes left in room, no clean towels, hair left in tub. Front staff was accommodating, but a terrible experience for $200 a night. What a scam.

This location was quiet and convenient. My daughter and daughter felt incredibly safe during her cross country move with her pet. The facility is extremely pet friendly for both dogs and CATS! 😍

One of the best pet-friendly hotels we have ever stayed at. Excellent hot breakfast every day and evening social hour thorough the early week. Staff are attentive and go above and beyond. Just amazing!
