I went to this subway months ago on the way out of town and had to wait. Once seen The young lady just throw my food on some bread as if I wasn’t human. Today I went to the same Subway as I always do when I’m getting ready to hit I-10. There were three employees in there only one acknowledged me and told me somebody would get to me as soon a possible. The employee that greeted me was actually working. While the other two was in the lobby talking. So unprofessional. This the second I felt the customer was horrible. I just walked out.

I placed an online order for two footlong subs but was 15 minutes early. They were happy to print up my order and make them early. The food was fresh, and the service was fast and friendly.

The first thing I want to see when I'm ordering my food is someone with hickeys all over their neck then be pushed back in line to get a 5 sub online order done so I don't have time to eat before work. Twice in a row. The first time I gave the benefit of the doubt but to have it happen twice just shows that online orders are more important to have done. I guess this shows the importance of "skipping the line". Also hearing that one person was making it obvious that they didn't think another race of a person didn't have much money seemed a bit off, he had enough to cover it but I offered to cover it myself if there was any issues. The customer thanked me but the sandwich maker didn't think the gentleman deserved the kind gesture.I pass the other locations on my way to work with a drive through, maybe they would be more professional and polite to their customers.

I really hate posting a negative review to my favorite sandwich place. I really am but I really hate knowing that all of my feedback to Subway and even the owner has not resolved anything at all.I spend way too much here for it to be wrong everytime and have never once been compensated or asked for it either but I cannot financial afford for others or myself to allow it anymore.You can never dine here for delivery or pickup and have your order right or even get what you pay for when you add extra on anything there is a charge. I am now at the point of accusing the problem to be systemic managent issue or at minimum complete incompetence or care of the establishment.Simply put, DO NOT go here if your not standing there while your food is made, especially if you have paid for anything extra. Your simply not going to get it 9 out of 10 times and it's going to more than likely be made wrong.I have literally walked in twice while they were making my pickup order as they were making my sandwich for lunch and when they asked how can I help you and I say I think that is my sandwich did you put the extra meat I paid for on there and both times they have said no sorry and had to go back and put it on there.In the pics are part of today's order. The Buffalo chicken wrap with extra ranch & sauce is less than inch thick and even with the sauces weighs under 8 ounces for an $11 wrap. The wrap itself weighs 3.6 ounces from the package empty by the way!!!.. The pizza has cheddar cheese on it. Who does that ? The footlong was charged for double meat but there is a single layer of meat across it.I already feel petty for bringing out the food scale so I won't actually count the pepperonis. You will have to take my word that for 20 years you can consider me a Subway connesuir and it's not worthy of the $16 I paid for it because it has nothing extra I paid for on it.

Most times at this specific location, always have decent, friendly staff. And when your as hungry as I was at that moment, all food taste good! It is attached/inside gas stop, so........won't hold it against subway on atmosphere rating.Parking: Fused with gas station so not many vacant spots up front, but plenty of parking behind(leads to grocery store) & on side.

ANDREW!!! This employee named Andrew let me tell you. He is the light of the room when I come in there. This man needs a raise or a management position because he deserves more. He ALWAYS has a smile on his face when I come in there, asking every single Subway customer how their day was and genuinely listening. Every time I go in there he looks like he is in a good mood, that is hard to find…..I want more for Andrew and I wish him a bright future. With his customer service skills, attitude and dedication to his job. I know he is setting himself up for success. Andrew, if you are reading this, you can do anything you put your mind to. You got this!! Everyone needs a Andrew at their company. This subway has a gem.
