This place was a complete life saver!! Drove in 10 min before close with a busted tire that my family and I needed fixed to get back on the road. Colten, Romane, and Nate were all so willing and happy to help. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Excellent Customer Service!
I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. Colten provided outstanding customer service—he quickly put my mind at ease and got me back on the road safely for my drive back to Orlando, FL. I came back to school and my tire pressure light came on with low air in my tire. I thought I had a nail or something in my tire. I took my car into Mavis and told them what was wrong. They were extremely kind and efficient. They looked at my tires to see what was up and put more air in them. Luckily I did not have a nail. Everything was free of charge. I totally recommend this amazing tire shop. Not only are they good at their job, but they are personable. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable as a young college student. I will be coming here again!!

I’ve never experienced better customer service than at this Marvis shop. I came in around 4 PM for a full synthetic oil change, fully aware that they close at 5 PM but hopeful they might take me as a walk-in. Colten, who was working the front desk, was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. After checking the time, he told me they could fit me in, which I really appreciated.
The service itself was quick and efficient, and I was able to relax comfortably in the waiting area while they worked on my car. What stood out most, though, was how Colten interacted with other customers and his team because he treated everyone with respect and genuine care.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with how accommodating and professional the staff was. I’ll definitely be returning for future services and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for excellent customer care.
