Crazy monthly fees and out of date service. No transactions ever from the small money we put in the checking account, except their monthly $12 maintenance fees, to the point it cause the unused account to do down to -$2. ATM was not working so I had to leave to grab cash, only to learn they could not close the account today until the $2 hard posted. Run from BIG banks, especially Truist!!

I check my account twice a day, every morning and every night before I go to bed.I am EXHAUSTED, of waking up to numerous over draft fees when my account was positive a few hours before. I've tried calling before, but all they do is expire one of your quarterly "overdraft forgiveness waivers" after that your out of luck.Literally checked my account at 10pm to a $33 accountWoke up at 7am to a -37$ with a 36$ overdraft.I've never seen a bank do this, and it genuinely feels shady that there is zero time frame for me to transfer funds.

Poor customer service. Waited in line while three tellers served one person. This branch used to be much better.

I used to love this bank. The service was the best I have ever seen with a bank. Since they switched to Truist, I know I need to switch my bank. My account keeps getting messed up and I have to spend hours on the phone waiting to talk to customer service that never picks up. All I am trying to do is transfer my money out. It's been a nightmare. I HATE THEM.

The drive thru can take some time depending on how busy it is. The ATM is always working with no issues. They do not notarize at this location. We asked and we were sent to another branch. The staff has been friendly to us.

After waiting to see someone for about 30 minutes and 10 minutes until 5pm I’m told by one of the tellers that they won’t be able to help me today no matter what. This is some great service and a big reason why I’ll be leaving Suntrust. The service at this branch has gone down in the past few years and no one is ever available to help out.

Staff is horrible. They were all yelling at the customers some in the drive through some on the branch at the same time. Very slow. Move your money elsewhere.

This is for Lisa, the manager - The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Lisa (the manager) is unprofessional, rude, insulting, and condescending.This Branch Manager was above and beyond insulting to me & when I asked what her name was her response was “I’m Lisa and I’m the Manager so there’s nothing you can do about it”.

Doing business at this SunTrust Branch was a disaster the day I visitedthe drive-thru took my $500 deposit and my driver's license and it got stuck and in the pneumatic tube. the girl who tried to deal with this problem was not very confident in my opinion other dealings with SunTrust have been very satisfactory and in fact I have a large car loan with them

On Saturdays there is ONE lane open and always busy outside. Tried to make deposit for relative and acct number off. Staff directed me inside, which resulted in no help even though there are 4 ppl sitting around that could have opened up a lane outside! Recd no help from issue as no one wld take the time to look up info from addr/phone. If I wld have left in night drop they would have at least check for THEIR customer?! This bank is the WORST.

Had a wonderful experience here dealing with POA issues. Amelia was positive and personable bringing a very small community feel to this big name bank. She made the process easy, was fast, and took on every task with a guenuine smile, as opposed to those at the new Apalachee location. This location is further from me, but that extra care is worth the extra 10 minute drive.

This branch use to be great. However now it is awful they never have more than 2 employees working which is ridiculous since this is one of the busiest branches. 2 employees to handle drive thru, counter teller and new account customer service.
