Why are the local branch phone numbers top secret? Why do you have to deal with an automated phone system that rarely has all the answers you need - when they even interpret what you said accurately. I understand the time it can take to talk to someone but at the very least have an option to speak to a human instead of having to try multiple times till the system does not understand you and finally, reluctantly transfer you to a live agent.

I have banked with this bank for 56 years in one name or another. It previously was purchased by Columbus Bank and Trust...Commercial Bank... Tallahassee State and currently Synovus. The people are nice but like so many large banks they rarely make local decisions.
