I wish I read the reviews before I chose over Tampa Ford. Purchased a truck with 1 year bumper to bumper warranty. Nobody knows what is covered. Waited over a week for even a return phone call. Trust the reviews. worth a drive to almost anywhere else. Zero integrity.

I had an appointment first thing on a Friday morning. The Ford dealership told me they might not be able to start a diagnostic until Monday and they would probably have to keep it until the middle of the next week. When I made the appointment two months earlier Ford told me they knew knew wha the problem is with my vehicle but could not give me an appointment for two months. So, two months later I take my vehicle to this Ford dealership and was told of the long repair time because they do not know what is wrong with the engine, thus the log repair time. My question is why didn't the dealership tell prior to my appointment that they could not even look at my vehicle until they next day. A total waste of time for both myself and my wife, who was in the Ford parking lot, waiting to take me home. Needless to say, we both drove home

Just bought what I thought was a new 2022 Mustang, it was dirty and we had driven 6 hours to get it, so we where a little tired. I should have known then something was wrong, but we continued the car was supposed to be 57999 or something close to that, after discussing to with the so called manger he was supposed to take off another 700. All this time we see no pepper work then you sign on a computer paid still no paperwork then they fold it up and put it in an envelope give it to you and tell you to put you tag in your window. Through all of this we are being told great deal, we get home find out they added 2000 to the price of the car and a 3000 dollar warranty that I never asked for and was never mentioned. Do I recommend them HELL NO!!! I'm looking in to legal actions to see if they broke any laws!

I like my truck but these guys are sneaky AF. It was better than getting kicked in the face with a golf shoe.

Not sure the current service model is designed for the customer. Maybe in this post-pandemic world of high demand and scarcity of employees this is what we have to put up with but I've got to say that making multiple trips over several weeks to get something taken care of seems a little much. Came in July 27th for routine mileage service and mentioned that the passenger side door lock was not working. They took care of the routine service but told me they would have to schedule another appointment for the door lock issue and the first available appointment was September 25th. When I came in for that appointment they only did diagnostic to determine the problem and then said they would have to order the part. Part came in quickly and now I am finally back to get the door lock fixed. I don't think I will come here in the future for repairs not covered by a warranty. P.S. The folks have been really nice every time I've been here.

We got our new truck from Tallahassee Ford, and I would advise you to stay away from them. They delivered the truck, which had a number of unpleasant surprises, like the horn not working, an entire section of the front grill missing, and no gas cap. Oh, and the hubcaps had been removed from what was in the ad and replaced with plastic ones. After MUCH harassment, they have rectified most of this, but today we got another surprise. There's no spare tire! BTW, this is not some cheap junker, but a 2020 turbo-diesal four-wheel that cost well over $50,000. When we called, they actually suggested that we might have stolen the spare tire and sold it and that they couldn't replace it. Please help spread the word about where NOT to shop for your vehicle.

BUYER BEWARE - NEW CARS NOT BEING WARRANTIED. I called this morning and had a rather disturbing experience with the a person claiming to be the assistant service manager named Sammy. Two days previously I had called and spoken with Jennifer and set up an appointment this morning 5/12 at 8:45 because the battery on my 2023 Bronco with 4K miles is dying after 2 days. I called this morning to verify a loaner and Sammy from the service department answered and was extremely aggressive. I asked to speak to the service manager and was transferred to another number that went to voice mail. The appointment I had was for 8:45 AM. Everyone at the dealership has a full voice mail that will not accept any additional messages. I drove over directly and spoke to the service manager John. John offered that they were very busy and that the soonest they would be able to look at my car was in July (2 months from now) and they would not be honoring the appointment I already had. He then went on to tell me a story about how his washing machine was really complicated and does not work either. This means I have a 2023 Bronco with 4K miles that is dead and useless. I will need to incur the expense of renting a car while I wait for John to do his job. I would not ever purchase or try to have a car serviced at Tallahassee Ford. I am looking into legal options at present. Buying a Ford right in Tallahassee is a high risk purchase.

This dealership was the only one who would take my CarMax warranty. I would drop off my car at 8:30 in the morning and not hear anything all day start calling by 3 PM leaving voicemails and texting having to show up after work right as they are closing only to find out my car has not been serviced or even looked at. That happened on three separate occasions and I had to reschedule my appointments. Once they finally looked at what was wrong I was told I had to schedule another appointment for them to fix the issues. On one occasion I was given a rental vehicle and told it would take 24 hours to fix the problem. I told him the rental vehicle did not fit my entire family but it could work for one day. My car ended up being in their shop for 3 1/2 weeks and they were never able to give me a car with more than five seats. ( I am a single mother with 8 EIGHT children and requested an SUV with two rows or my vehicle back until the part came in But got neither Because I was always promised the part would be in the very next day) . Every single day during that three weeks, I was told in the mornings, by service advisor Allen, that my vehicle would be ready that evening. I would show up in the evening and be told it was not ready. On two separate occasions during that time I was called by someone else reporting that the parts were on back order while getting calls from Allen being told the car would be ready that day. After the parts were replaced, I turned out of the parking lot, and another part of the vehicle broke directly related to the work they had just done . Obviously, the dealership did not believe that they was correlation and charged me another $300 warranty to fix the now broken radio. That took 2 1/2 weeks to get the part in after being told daily the part would be there. As soon as I turned out of the parking lot after it was fixed, it broke again. I scheduled an appointment for an 830 time to have it looked at only to show up at closing , after making four calls that were never returned, to find out they had not even looked at my vehicle. They will not order the part that we already know that we need. They cannot service my vehicle for another two months and then when I get in, they will order the part that's needed. It will take an additional three weeks to get in. I understand shipping delays, and being behind it is the blatantly, lying and inability to communicate on any reasonable level about the status of my vehicle. The amount of time that I wasted driving back and forth and Uber ring back and to pick up a vehicle that was never fixed is never going to come back and no one at that dealership cared even slightly that I may have better things to do than hunt down their service advisors and my car.

I was an unhappy Ford owner after buying a Certified PreOwned 2018 Ford Transit Connect XLT from another dealership (Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel) and having many problems with it. Tallahassee Ford dealt with it while under warranty, and I was not happy with how long repairs took, how poor communication was, and more. I was also not happy with Ford in general, and I had said I would not buy another Ford after this experience. However, everything changed today! I initially went to Tallahassee Ford to get the same problem repaired for the 4th time on the van- the computer wasn't working, so I had no speedometer, odometer, or much of anything else. It was just a sensor that needed repaired, but it was a 2-month wait to get in for repairs, so I almost took it to a different dealership based on my experiences there the last couple of years. I decided to give them one more chance, and I am really glad I did. The entire vibe is different now. From the moment I walked in- honestly not with the best attitude out of sheer frustration with how many times I had to bring the van in (now out of warranty)- I was impressed. Allen was my service advisor, and he was exceptional in every way. He communicated with me and kept me in the loop. When I sat down in the waiting area, multiple people came to me and other customers offering Lucky Goat coffee, Tasty Pastry treats, water, and soda. The place is absolutely spotless! A nice lady was cleaning the entire time I was there. The waiting area is comfortable with free WiFi and lots of amenities. Admittedly, there was some miscommunication when I was told my van would need to stay there at least overnight, so I had to wait a bit on the shuttle. As I was sitting in the shuttle passenger seat giving Bill my details and he was entering in the log, I saw my van being driven out of the service area. He said it must be ready. I said I had been told it was not going to be done today, but we agreed that I should get out and find out what was happening. It turns out it was ready, so I was happy I wasn't going to waste time going back to my house then having to return. I went inside to sign some papers, and I was very impressed with everyone. As I got ready to leave, one of the gentlemen who had offered me coffee earlier asked how my experience was. I told him that it was so much better and I was thankful for how kind, professional, and service-oriented everyone was including Allen, Bill, the ladies in the service area, and him. He then introduced himself as Bill McKinney, one of the new owners (Bill Cloud is the shuttle driver). I told him about all the problems I had with the van, and I said I had hoped to trade it in for a pickup truck. The next thing you know, at Bill's invitation, I was hopping out of the van and onto the showroom floor. I ended up spending the entire rest of the day there looking at first at used pickup trucks, then new ones. I observed every person who worked there interacting with customers in such positive ways. It didn't matter who the person was, they were treated with respect and kindness. Bill McKinney introduced me to Willy Campos who took care of me and let me test drive different vehicles. Everyone was amazing, and they offered me a good trade deal with the van. Willy went above and beyond, and I was beyond thankful. He helped me move hundreds of pounds of SCUBA gear (from my nonprofit organization) that had been in the van into my new truck. I left feeling very happy with my purchase and with an extremely positive feeling about Tallahassee Ford. Today actually reminded me of the old days of the dealership when they were so great. I feel strongly from my experience today that they are great again. If you had a bad experience previously, I strongly encourage you to give them another try. Bill McKinney was integral to my excellent customer service experience. I am so thankful for Bill's help today! I've actually only ever bought 2 new vehicles in my life, both from this dealership. My first was in 2005, and I didn't think I would ever buy

these people are beyond dishonest. how they are in business is beyond me. had my car for 2 weeks and keep saying they will have it diagnosed today, tomorrow by lunch, tomorrow by close of business. none of it is honest. just burning daylight and wasting time for all.

How is this place still in business? It's mind blowing to experience first hand the service and then to read the long term history of rating to match it. Scary.

Brought my F150 for an oil change and braking issue. Was told I needed new front rotors and I approved the work ($442). Picked up the next day but the problem was not fixed. Brought back the next week and problem still exists. Took to another shop and they said the issue was actually the rear rotors and pads. Also said I do not have new rotors on the front (which is what I paid for at Ford). Said they were shaved down and close to needing new ones. They said I do have new brake pads. I have a receipt from Ford for new rotors and a Carfax from Ford saying new brake pads. Clearly they are not sure what work was performed on my truck. Spoke w/Ford, explained this borderline fraud situation and asked for a refund. Have not heard back since. They have lost me as a customer and I will share this experience w/anyone considering doing business w/them.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I had nothing but horrible experience there. Hell I watched a boy get caught in between a car and a lifty thingy. As if they hire someone that doesn't know how to work on vehicles the proper way.
