This is the 5th time I’ve come here over the course of many months and these shelves are never stocked. It’s unacceptable. Stock EVERYTHING like everyone else or stop the false advertising or get sued like you deserve. I’m tired of wasting my gas

My daughter calls me quite stunned. She returned to have a safety tag removed from a top she purchased from clearance. The young woman at the customer service was so incredibly rude, grabbed the top and all but threw it back after removing tag. Management should review their cameras for this week and will find it. She walked out feeling horrified at this behavior. We’ve worked in customer service before and this would never, ever be tolerated. This is for the Tallahassee college town store on Tennessee St.

All I wanted to do was speak to someone about adding a pick up person to my target pick up order. I tried all 3 departments they had listed 1 for electronics, 2 for food and beverage, and 3 for general merchandise. Nobody answers the phone. What’s the point of having a phone number? The app was not helpful - I did the option the add a person and a message popped up, I clicked continue and it did anything. That was the only reason I called. It’s important for a business to answer their phone. Things like that piss of your consumers

The baby Target or FSU Target, is my go to place if I need something quick. There is a wide variety of things to buy. The clothing section is my favorite because there is always something cute and on sale. The grocery section is a lifesaver. They have a little bit of everything and you can make gourmet meals. The personal items section received a makeover, which was surprising but a fun addition. They have added a hair section for all the girlies who want to get cute before class. If you get a chance stop in and check it out.

Grabbed pants from a clearance rack that was just one type of cargo pants in multiple different colors and the only one that wasn’t 30% off was the x-large size. Even though every other size was discounted and the whole rack had a 30% off sign, I was told at the help desk that that size must not be on clearance. If target wants to be size inclusive you can’t discount only xs-large sizes and exclude only x-large when the entirety of that style pants is on clearance. Or at least you should honor the clearance sign that was placed on those pants.

I won't be returning to this target ever, all because of a employee name Tiffany Council. She treated me like a complete criminal, I spend a lot of money inside this target but no more. Today was uncalled for when she approached me inside Starbucks asking me is there something she can help with. I told her that I was waiting for my Lyft and for my app to work she said well Starbucks is a third party and no one can sit In.there, I explained to her that I had just got through shopping but her demeanor was off with me. I told her that I wasn't stupid and that I also witnessed her following me to the bathroom earlier after I paid for my items in the store. I told her I didn't like the way I was being treated and demanded a refund, she got sarcastic with me saying, I can help you with that. I told her that I didn't want her to talk to me anymore and get me someone higher, she calls for another lead employee Kiara I believe that was her name. By the way Kiara is a great employee, and she took good care of me. She also mentioned to Tiffany that I come in all the time and spend good money. I left my number and name for the general manager to call but I called myself and to be honest, she is not for customer service. Because, she clearly doesn't care about her customers, and it's sad. To Tiffany everyone doesn't steal, you may not have said that I stole something but your actions speak louder than words. To the general manager, please stop taking up for these corrupt employees of yours In the workplace and stop saying what corporation will and won't do. Do better for yourselves as well 🙏🙏🙏

This Target is smaller than what a usual store would be and will have about only 1/3rd of what a full sized target would have. Though, I do love how easy it is to navigate through this store vs the other targets in Tallahassee being a workout to get In and of out. They do have majority of the basics needed for the most part yet if you want more to look at go to the other 2 locations. Though if you are just needing a few everyday items, want to avoid a massive parking lot and a huge store to walk through, then this location will become your favorite to come to.

Asset protection guy at the entrace is friendly as well as all the staff in this Target. I have requested items to be searched in the back and they have always been able to help. Occasionally, the dressing room is not open, but everything is organized and well stocked. Staff is trained to accept online returns and price matching.
