When I called to ask for a copy of my return I was told to call back at 3 no answer.than I asked for help checking my refund was told they can’t help because the amount is not going to be what they gave me.very frustrating been since march

I filed with Tax South in March and the IRS have no record of this. I've been trying to get in contact with them since late April and have yet to get more than a "I'm not in the office until after 330, can you call back?" I call back and can't get through!
